“This past weekend my husband and I participated in the Bourbon Burn ride event and as we were approaching 60 miles on the first day, he lost two spokes. Needless to say the support van got us back to camp and directed us to Pedal Power for repairs. We got to the shop in downtown Lexington after 4pm and the whole team was incredibly accommodating. Hadie welcomed us and the mechanics went to work on our bike. As we were hanging out in the shop, the staff pulled out chairs for us to sit on, gave us tips on where to eat, and were interested in what brought us to KY - super nice! The team completed it quickly and in addition to the repairs gave me advice for climbing those KY hills. I would highly recommend them for anything bike related, very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced repairs. I huge thank you to the Pedal Power team for getting us back to riding in our event without delay.”

“Very professional staff. Every time I go in for a repair they're normally able to fix it that day. Usually keeps common parts on hand. They've been very courteous when I go in and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this place for any of your biking needs.”
