My son got a flat going down Nicholasville Rd. He pulled in to get options. They didn’t have the exact tire size, said they could get one in a day or two, but offered to change the tire to his temp spare. Although, his car didn’t have the spare lug bolts. They were kind, helpful and waited until I brought the lug bolts for the spare, which are a different than for the regular tire. Knowing that it was more of an inconvenience than expected, I went to pay and they wouldn’t allow it. Just said, remember us when you need a new set of tires in the future. Very kind and thoughtful, didn’t push for a new set knowing the tread was only half worn. Nice to see helpful customer service without pushing for more than was needed. Thank you for the help, it will be remembered.

Excellent service and warranty, plus good value on warrantied service options (we got a 3 year alignment warranty, so basically any alignments my wife and I need on our truck over the next 2 years and 364 days are free, for not much more than an alignment itself costs.) Terrance, the store manager, is very attentive and will give you honest and straightforward advice and options for dealing with potential future issues. Also, he will save you money in any way possible - asked about if we are employed by anyone who has a discount deal, rather than making us figure out if we are eligible. Would definitely recommend.

I was visiting Lexington from out of town when I realized I had a flat . When I went online to find the cheapest most quality tires in town, I found big O tires and behind the counter. I found the most Helpful salesman Maurice. He really took care of me ,within an hour I had four new tires , And an alignment . I highly recommend Big O tires to anyone looking for service.

Jacob& Maurice were freaking amazing. You can’t find customer service hardly anymore and one phone call with Jacob in 2 minutes he was giving me a discount. Maurice ran down the facts for me and gave me even more info than I came in with. PLEASE shop with these folks.

For over a week I have been trying to figure out why my tire was slowly loosing air I was putting air in it twice a day I took my car into the place I bought them from and they told me it wasn't a leak they could find so a day after leaving this place which I have been doing business with for 10 plus years my tire continued to loose air so I went and had the valve stem replaced hoping that was the issue but the next morning the problem still occured so I googled a different tire establishment and came across Big O tires when I called I initially was just going to purchase another tire when I got there I explained my situation to Dustin and within minutes he pulled me to the side and assured me it was just a nail and they fixed it for free he and his colleagues were so nice and so professional they could of easily just sold me a tire but there honestly is why they will be getting my business going this day forward it's hard and rare as a woman to see people not taking advantage of us great job and you deserve all the praise ???????? keep up the great work!!!!!
