I would not even rate this company with a 1 star but I had to choose something. I just want to let everyone know what a horrible experience I have had with Boost. I am a long time customer with Boost with 3 lines for over 7 years. I go into the store on Sunday 2/23/25 because my wifes phone had finally bit the dust and we wanted to upgrade. Upon talking to the sales person about what her needs were he sold us the Celero 5 the only requirement that we had was that the phone had to run her Freestyle Libre 3 glucose monitoring system, we asked him multiple times and we were assured that it would work only after getting home to realize that the phone was not compatible.. we paid out of pocket 200.00 for phone and phone case and screen protector and apparently some activation charges that we were not made aware of, so she returns to the store today be told that all they will do is refund the upgrade amount which was 98.00 and in order for her to get another phone she will have to pay an additional 300.00 for an iphone11... that didnt sit well, I contacted corporate to only be told there is nothing that they are willing to do and after about 45 minutes speaking to a "manager" i was told that she was hanging up on me.. so not only did I not get a resolution which all we wanted was another phone that would work with the app we needed to monitor her glucose without any out of pocket money. they refused.. So Stephen Stokols I just want to let you and everyone else on the inner web know what a horrible company you are running.. I am also filling a complaint with the FTC to let them know how we were treated about this situation. DO NOT GO TO BOOST THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!
Just to follow up on the comment advising to reboot or update the system we have tried that and once it was updated and we try to download the app and log in there is a big red error that states that this phone has not been tested nor approved to run this app... so my question to you is why do we have to pay more out of pocket to be able to get a device that runs this app??? Also your website says that there is a 30 day return policy so we will be returning this phone and accessories that we bought for a full refund.. Can you also advise why she was charged a 35.00 activation fee for a line that was already active?? What can you do for us.. I do not want to contact the CEO Stephen Stokols about this situation but I will if you cannot resolve.. Please advise.. and please dont tell me that you can get me a iphone XR which is way older than this phone we purchased or an iPhone 11

This Boost location took Customer Service to a new level! My phone hadn't worked(dropped calls/no to little data) probably for 3wks. I called 611 everyday with ZERO real help(power off phone, airplane mode, chk for updates). I went into the store VERY upset, the owner took my frustration serious. He called a manager got my coverage changed, went back next day telling him it's still not working properly. He GIVES me a NEW phone to TRY & see if my service got better. After 2 days they provided me with a NEW phone & I haven't had 1 issue since. They have reached out to make sure everything's still working. If you need a retail location that cares about their customer, please visit! They also have some great accessories for IPhone & Androids.

I came here desperate for a new phone and and they were so good to me! Got me the best deal possible for a new iPhone in as little as time possible. Great deal for service too. Mando was who helped me and he was great! So kind and friendly. 10/10 recommend

I stopped in at boost mobile 470 new circle location and Jason was extremely helpful and very kind...I had to purchase a new phone after having my phone and other belongings stolen..Thanks for being very accommodating
