The people are what makes this place the perfect experience. They have a good selection but to be greeted with such southern hospitality really made the outing. Kind conversation and just a good old time friendly feel. Went in looking for some daily drivers, bought two pairs of boots which is hard to find stock for a size 13, love them both. Certainly will be back. Well run establishment.

This place has an amazing selection of western and work boots that are priced appropriately for excellent footwear. The best part, though, is the outstanding customer service, which is second to none in this area. Go here for boots of all types!

Excellent customer service. I took my 6 year old son to get new boots. Every one we spoke to was polite and attentive to our needs. The staff was very kind to my son and excited for his new boots which made him feel special. Thank you Boot Barn for making my little cowboys day!

A fantastic boot store! Everyone was friendly and smiling. I ask 2 sales persons if they liked working there and they said they loved it. I ordered on line and my purchase was ready to pick up in 30 minutes but from now on I will go directly to the store. A great atmisphere.

This is an absolute must stop for us whenever we are in town for my daughter's appointments.
This trip did not disappoint. My daughter left with a much needed new hat, jacket and earrings, in which she used for one of her senior photo shoots.
Blake was nothing but amazing in helping Karleyann choose her new hat. Then hooking her up with the gentleman that shaped her hat for her. He listened to what she wanted and delivered it 100%.
We can't wait to visit again. Thank you all for an amazing and smooth visit.

Needed an oddball shirt for work, staff was extremely helpful and patient. The clerk helped me set up the special order and clearly explained everything. Very thankful I had them to help me!
