Went to shop for Christmas for my kids. Tried to purchase two different bags and use the 25% coupon you get when you get items shipped or do a pick up order. They wouldn’t allow me to do so.

Too much disney stuff right now, but otherwise a really great place. They could also tone down the harry potter merchandise, it takes up too much room considering how long it has been. Although that criticism is aimed more at the owners of BoxLunch rather than the employees who are very nice.

Items all over priced in store; if you order online there is an 80% chance you’re order will never arrive and after a month they just tel you you’re out of luck.

Happened to discover this shop on my first trip to Fayette mall in years and it might be the only reason I go back. Amazing nerdy gear, some hard to find items without an up-mark in price, and the guy who rung me up was also extremely helpful checking to see if they had extra stock in the back and showed me the website. It’s easy to drop $100 for some quality stuff and part of the proceeds are donated to provide meals to hungry kids. Love this store!

This guy at the cashier wasn't very helpful when we were trying o returning stickers and we didn't had a receipt and tried to accuse us of stealing them because they are small and "pocketed". He's very unfriendly

Box Lunch is always fun to look at for their pop culture displays of clothes and accessories, but their high prices take a bit of the fun out of truly enjoying it. We have them in Louisville and in several years of drop ins I don't believe I've purchased anything. Today my favorite items were the various wallets, purses and backpack purses. A few had moving parts to make them standout. With several Disney themes, these could make good gifts, especially prior to a trip to the parks.

Box lunches a cool store that I visited when we were at the mall. They have a lot of meat unique shirts and designs and toys and things look out on the inside. It's a fun store with fun items

Require you to wear mask to shop there. Which is awesome, people like Other J. Rose not wanting to shop without a mask are a joke.

Items looked alright on the outside but they required face masks and wouldn’t let customers in without them even though they were empty inside. Doubt they’ll make it long.
