I recently had my car repaired at BRAKES N ALL - Tire & Complete Autocare and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got my car back in top shape, and the whole process was efficient and transparent. I had my car back on the very same day!

Terrific shop all around. Reese Garcia is the man! make sure you ask to speak with him even if someone else writes up your ticket. He will not up-charge you like some places and will go over everything step by step you you need him too. He has rolled over into selling cars now as well and man can he be competitive with prices. Blue Book, Car Fax, etc. He is at or just under every time on prices. You will be pleasantly surprised with your experience, I was!

What can I say? These folks are awesome! My rear brakes began grinding and sticking late at night coming through the mountains toward Lexington on my way to my son's college graduation in Knoxville (another 2.5 hours through even bigger mountains). I found Brakes N All on Google and they were a local shop with excellent reviews for being honest, fair and helpful. I got there in the morning about a half an hour before they were scheduled to open. A very nice woman (sorry on the name) arrived about 20 mins early and told me that she wasn't supposed to accept any more cars for the day as they were very busy. I explained my situation and she said she would see what they could do. The service manager arrived about 5 mins later. They talked and he said, "What's going on?" I explained and he said "give me a couple minutes and we'll get it up on the rack and see what we're looking at. " Sure enough they took my car right in looked it over, ordered the parts and started my job. I couldn't believe they were going to disrupt their busy day to help an out-of-towner passing through. They took me in first! About 2 hours later my repair was done at a lower price than the normal price you would expect from your favorite hometown mechanic (no distressed out-of-town stranger premium). Friendly and welcoming, caring people who are great at what they do. Highly Recommend

I do have to give 5 stars. They knew exactly what to do. I had called them to see if they could do the work. They told me initially that they could not get to it, but when I told them that it's been sitting for a while, they had me to send them pictures of what was wrong. They told that they could get to it the following week. So I had it towed into place and they got right on and had it fixed before I was ready, that's never happened anywhere. When I went to go pick it, it was the first time that I visited their shop. They were great people and the van came back totally fixed. They actually did it cheaper than I thought it could be done for and came to me highly recommended. The car had sit for 6 months as I couldn't find anyone to work on it until then. I went out and bought another vehicle to drive into I find someone to work on it. After I totaled the vehicle I was using until I could find someone, I went and looked at other vehicles and I couldn't find anything, I had no choice but to get it repaired and I no vehicle to drive in between time, but they were quick and thorough. I couldn't ask for better service.

Found this place from a suggestion from an acquaintance and all I can say is THANK YOU!! They were amazing to me, the whole staff, from the minute I walked in the door to the time I picked my repaired car up. And I had really done some damage to my brakes, Reese really could’ve charged me way more than what he did, but he was honest, and did the work at an amazingly low price. I absolutely couldn’t be happier, so if you are needing car repairs I highly recommend this place and Mr. Reese! Awesome service, my car is fixed, awesome prices, he did not take advantage of the fact that I can only afford so much, my car was fixed within hours of dropping it off, the whole experience was just great!! They definitely have a new customer with me!! And my car is old lol, so I’ll be back sooner than later LOL!! Thanks again so much!!Services: Brakes

This is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Fantastic prices, not to mention I’ve had 2 instances in which they kept track of parts of my vehicle that are under warranty and completely replaced them without charge. I don’t ever want to go anywhere else!
