My only complaint is you hardly get to talk to someone in the office, it's usually a call center in another country and you can barely understand them. With the net worth Allstate has, you'd think they could afford an American call center. Looks like it's time to find a real American owned insurance company.

I haven't had many interactions since becoming a member but the service & communication has been great.. I set up auto pay which was easy & convenient.. I would definitely recommend All State to anyone looking for good, hassle free insurance coverage..

Avoid Allstate*Update*Update*Update*aren't you the insurance agent? I don't pride myself on needing to file claims. So why would I even know where to start? After all I PAY YOU. Call me a dumdum fine. Show your potential future clients you are the right choice for them ?*Update*Update* lessons hopefully learned, don't delete comments, it looks bad, don't blaim claims department be an advocate for you clients, don't just collect your fee and blame claims if you don't know how to to get the stuff done learn it,, be a rockin agent, y'all kept us floundering from June til October, didn't keep track or up with us or keep stuff moving,To the people, what we learned. Agents suck. If forbid you get in a accident you are on your own. Do your homework.We did leave allstate, comes to find out, most expensive insurance + least customer service=bummer to us.*Update* oh no sir, this wasn't a repair it was totalled, and contraire, my husband's name is Terry King , has in fact spoke to Bryon himself right after the accident and was redirected to another number, and another occurrence to find out what the delay was about. We have both messaged back and forth with you and a guy called Nick. It was yoor job to advise us to as what we were supposed to do. Not flounder on this for 4 months.I have a lot of email receipts with your name on it. I just read back.Declaration pages sent initially didn't even have totalled car on it. There are 5 back and forth s for this.My address is still wrong on stuff, after numerous changes. We have lived here for 3 years nowWe don't need anymore of your help. After talking to our car loan company about getting the bad marks removed from our credit report, after explaining my situation, she told me she was a agent in the past and I was educated, and I realized I needed to find a different agent. So bye Felicia.Dropped the ball! Had a accident in June, "WE" were still figuring out how to settle this in October, finally settled in November. We had no idea what we were doing, we had found assignments on our own, had to get paperwork on our own, I'm not sure what insurance is supposed to be but overnighting my own stuff didn't feel right. It took 3 attempts just to get the numbers corrected. When I would ask for a declaration page for gap they didn't know what I was talking about. Then when I got it the numbers weren't correct.Freaking mess, took way to long, then I had bad marks on my credit. We had no support and had to fix this too.

I spoke with Bryon a couple times he was always pleasant! I spoke with Faye and she’s always been pleasant and helpful. However we’ve ran into problems.There was an initial inspection done and everything was good. Two weeks later I get a call from Faye saying the policy will be canceled unless you fix the problem with your home and send photos. I NEVER KNEW SOMEONE CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE A SECOND TIME. Nobody was home, not my fiancé or I. We were never notified saying someone was coming out to do another inspection. Keep in mind the “problem” was that our septic tank was being emptied so a piece of siding was taken down. It was not a legit “problem” we couldn’t flush our toilets or use the sinks without it coming back up because the septic tank was full. However, photos were sent and everything was supposed to be fixed. about 2 weeks without insurance we got reinstated. Then a week later we got a check that needed to be redeposited to be paid back. I said a lot of hills are automatic so they said they’d call me before pulling it out so i could deposit it. They never called me. So i never deposited it. Then about a week ago we get a notice in the mail if we don’t pay $976 or so it would be cancelled by July 16 (i believe). I call today and say my check was lost because it’s been over a month and a half and i’m told “I’ll see if they’ll void and write another.” So currently i’m out of pocket $976 if i want home insurance.We’ve had nothing but problems.

This agency auto renewed a policy without my approval and took almost $800 from my checking account. Called the same day, canceled the policy renewal and am still waiting on a refund over a week later. They don’t care about the customer at all. All I keep getting is “sorry there is nothing we can do”
