Horrible place, would not recommend to anyone nor would I recommend Budget rental truck to anyone, over charged ... 689.00 for 5 days.. Ok fine ... Try to pay for 2 extra days and quoted 105.08 .. Ok fine, daughter was in the middle of giving birth but hey let's just put that on hold to bring the truck back.. Called more than once and the original pick up was very understanding ..this is where the 105.08 comes into play, so drop truck off 2 days after original drop date and they in turn charge 521.00 for the 2 days.. Yeah good job there .. Wouldn't let my dog rent from them .

Owner there is absolutely horrible. Called to get prices and got cussed out. Actually cussed out and got hung up on. We've used budget for 4 years but they will never ever and I mean ever get another penny from us! I wouldn't want this guy working for my company. Stay away from here!!!!!

Is the worst manager you can deal with she didn't know how to be professional and she wasn't helpful at all I do not recommend this branch I called the other one and they are very helpful but not this Branch

Made a reservation two weeks in advance only to be told THE DAY BEFORE THE MOVE that they were not going to have any trucks available. What is the point of making a reservations?!

Absolutely terrible experience from this location. I have always used Budget rentals and I have loved the service I received until returning to this location. We returned our rental before it was due, but our drop off time was after their store hours so they charged us for an additional day. When we spoke with the store we rented from they assured us this would not be a problem, and it has never been an issue when I rented previously. Not only were we charged for the additional day, but when we called to calmly explain our situation, the gentleman working was extremely rude and said they were not there at the time we dropped it off, so they have to charge us the additional day. If this is the case- why have a drop off box for after hour keys and have us fill out a form to give the exact time of drop off? The gentleman working could not answer this for us, and just kept repeating that he was not there at 11pm and that he had to charge us an additional day. We also called this location multiple times prior to this incident and were told someone would be in contact, but no one ever contacted us. The gentleman said he would give us the customer service number one time, and then he hung up on us. Very unprofessional service from this location, especially considering the customer was right in this instance. We were able to call Budget customer service and they refunded us the amount and more, so we will continue to use Budget, but never again from this location. There is a Budget rental location on Versailles Rd, and the service there has always been very kind and helpful.

At first i thought I was getting a good deal bc of the cost of the 26 ft truck HOWEVER after we dropped off the truck it took 4 days for the pending charge to come off my credit card. The ending charges were roughly what I was quoted (more actually) but I cannot figure out how they say I used more than 100 miles and charged me extra. It was a trip from Lexington to Paris and back with a stop at a storage unit. Seems a little extra to me. I WISH I had read the reviews prior to booking/dropping off so I would have taken a pic of the mileage and known for sure. After reading the reviews I don't trust it. I will go back with Penske next time. They have never done me wrong before :( We all have to learn the hard way but stick with what you know

Rude, rude, rude. I called the day before to let them know I was going to do an after hours drop off. When I called the next day to confirm they had checked it in appropriately, the girl on the phone stated they had no idea who dropped the truck/dolly off (even though I had called in advance and left the key/paperwork in the drop off box). She then had the gall to call me "a smart-ass" when I pointed out I had called in advance. If I could give them no stars, I would. Rude and poorly organized. I deserve an apology from this ill-mannered person.

Tried to charge me for a less than full tank on a rental truck return. These morons forgot that some people take pictures. Do not return a vehicle through them! UPDATE: After i asked the owner about the full charge he became extremely irate and arrogant. Cussing me out and telling me to leave. Thankfully I recorded the conversation and sent it to Budget. They reimbursed me all of the fees plus $300 and reported the owner to corporate. If you have any problems make sure you call Budget directly and report the owner!

WARNING! Do not bother to try to deal with Kermit! This is one of the most shoddy operations I've tried to deal with. No truck available when promised, so I waited to the time HE determined the following day. Then he said his computer was down, and he could not process the paperwork to rent me a truck. I called the Main Budget office and spoke with a manager in customer service. She called him, and he told her he would not prepare manual paperwork (which they are required to do under Budget dealer contract). Best advice.....Rent Penske!
