DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CLOTHING GIFTS HERE UNLESS YOU'RE SURE THEY WILL FIT THE RECIPIENT!! I personally will never shop here again, and will encourage all that I know to do the same.My sister bought my daughter a super cute coat from here for her birthday a few weeks ago, but it was a little too tight for her. No problem right?!? It's still got a tag on it and she was assured that as long as I gave them her phone number to pull up her transaction that I would be able to return/exchange it without having the receipt.So I come in today and stand in their line for nearly 15 minutes only to be told that they won't let me exchange it for a larger size because it doesn't have the "Burlington" tag on it, just the manufacturers tag. They were able to look up the transaction and verify that it was the same item - which is all that's needed for any other reputable establishment. Why they even wasted my time doing that when they weren't going to let me exchange it is beyond me.Long story short, my sister just WASTED her money at this place because she removed the tag that showed the price - as is the norm for gift giving!!

Truly deserves zero stars. There was only one cashier helping the longest line of people I’ve ever seen. She got someone to finally come up and help her, and instead of staying to help until the line went down, she decides to rudely tell me she’s going on break.I totally understand being short staffed and over worked, but at least be kind. Geez. Horrible employee training, absolutely need better training or better employees.

I wasn’t able to buy all the clothes I wanted because they told me the fitting rooms were not available. So we had to go to a different store.

While we did find a lot of clothes for my daughter and some adorable fall/Halloween blankets for $9, the store was a disaster and they had the fitting rooms closed. That's why it's not a 5 star rating. We live too far to take stuff home and return it if it doesn't fit. So that was a serious inconvenience. We made do and found some great things. They just need to hire more people (haha I know how retail is). Will be returning of course. Especially for Christmas gifts!! All of the blankets were adorable and affordable. Same with the decor. Wins all over that store.

I went there with my wife today, we were looking for dresses for our cruise. My wife had 9 dresses to try on. I asked the manager if the dressing room was open she stated no. She stated that it was not and I could return the clothes up to 30 days. I said my wife does return cloths well so she started to make fun of me and throwing her hands up. So I went back put the cloths up and we walked up. The manger waved at us good by. Just another clothing store who does not care!!!!

INCREDIBLE!! THERE ARE NO PEOPLE WORKING AT THE FITTING ROOM AND CASHER TOLD ME IT WAS "CORPORATES DECISION" I CAN NOT KEEP BUYING CLOTHES AND TRYING IT ON AT HOME AND IF IT DOESNT FIT I HAVE TO COME BACK AND RETURN IT, THE GAS IS HIGH TO SPEND.

I like this store much. Cheaper and same brands as you can find in the mall. We have two locations here in Lexington. I like more that one in Hamburg area. Clean and organized.
