We walked in and my brother accidentally dropped the basket as we were walking through a isle a older employee stopped what they were doing and just stared at us, for the next 5-10 minutes in store she followed us around to EVERY corner and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, the cashier was doing a great job and was nice so was the security in front. In the past this store has been one of my favorites to visit, but after this encounter i will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone.

Always have such a vast amount of everything. So many cute items and such great quality items. The prices can be a little steep sometimes but many times the price is right. Great deals of many name brand items.

Very clean and organized place.......
1 out of many fitting room open with many people waiting in line
One person checking many people out and doing return. Even though customers are rude, Lisa was still smiling and super nice to everyone

The store was clean and beautiful, and the aisles were well arranged. I also liked the selection of clothes, products, and brands. Plus the prices for quality products were so good.

Do NOT waste your time here. The handicap dressing room is never open because they “don’t know how to open it”. I waited a week, came back and because it was “after 9:00” the employees locked ALL dressing rooms and basically just said “oh well” when I asked why I wasn’t allowed to try things on even though the store doesn’t close til 11:00. I’m a wheelchair user, this is so inaccessible and unacceptable for a business, I won’t be coming back.

This location has to be the cleanest Burlington store I have ever shopped in. The store was very busy but every thing was so organized and in its place. The manager Cynthia was greeting and talking to every customer she seen including myself for over an hour. She made sure the cashiers had help so the lines went quickly and personally thanked everyone as they left the store. I have never seen that in a Burlington store before.
The staff matches her energy and are very friendly.
This location is a further drive for me to get to but it will be the only location I go to from now on.
Love -love - love this store - excellent customer service and overall experience- well done !!!

I used to find some good deals with brands I would find at Macy's at the Kansas City locations, but this one just didn't have anything worthwhile.
