Hours: Yugo Lexington Campus Court is a student housing community located in Lexington, Kentucky, offering a variety of spacious apartments and amenities. The community features a pet-friendly environment, a modern fitness center, game room, coffee bar, and a resort-style pool, creating a lively social scene for residents. Its location is convenient, just minutes from downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky, with a dedicated bus route making commuting easy. Residents appreciate the friendly and responsive staff, as well as the apartment units, which are generally well-maintained and affordable. Move-in experiences are often positive, with quick check-in and maintenance staff who address issues promptly. However, some residents have encountered challenges, such as being moved to different apartments due to renovations, which was done with limited notice and caused inconvenience. The age of the buildings has led to issues like creaky floors and poor insulation, resulting in cold rooms during winter and high electric bills. The apartment size may be smaller than expected, and shared spaces like the kitchen can be cramped, especially for multiple roommates. Pest problems, particularly roaches, have been a concern, with some residents experiencing ongoing issues despite pest control efforts. Parking is limited, with few guest spots and a guest pass policy that restricts visitors. Security concerns have been raised due to car break-ins in the parking lot. Overall, Yugo Lexington Campus Court offers a comfortable and lively community for students, but potential residents should be aware of some issues related to apartment size, building condition, pest control, and parking. Despite these challenges, many find the amenities and location to be worthwhile for student living.
