Allen at Capitol Express is a life saver. LIFE. SAVER. I had an urgent, RUSH request to get a package from Lexington, KY to Newport, KY on a Friday at 4:45PM. When other companies said no, Allen at Capitol Express said YES! He and his team did an amazing job finding a fast solution for me, and I couldn't be more grateful for their help. The employees at Capitol Express are the BEST! Caring and responsive. I ordered a swingset as a birthday present for a 4-yr old, and it listed as delivering about a week after her party because it had temporarily gone out of stock at Walmart.com. But the night after it arrived in Lexington, I called to schedule my delivery date, and these guys made sure it would be there in time for her party —the very same day they received and unloaded it, they delivered it to us. So very grateful! (The world is a crazy place right now so kindnesses like this are extra amazing. God bless you with a 1,000 kindnesses in return! ??)

This is probably my first time we ran into a company that has a ramp that goes Up and Down so whatever though you got they can unload it I have to give them a lot of for this one

I spoke to Chris, via phone, at Capitol Express on November 19, 2016, about the requirements of a commercial job taking place in that area on November 21, 2016. He assured me that he had the equipment and manpower I needed. He quoted me a price for the job. I sent him a Rate Contract the same afternoon, officially hiring Capitol Express for the job. Chris never responded to my email. He never returned the contract with his signature. When I spoke to him a second time on the phone, he said "No problem," when I reiterated my expectations.
