“We had a great experience with interior solutions when we needed carpet for our upstairs bedrooms after we had our main bathroom remodeled in 2024. We did the project in two phases, the first phase is the carpet at the main bedroom. Then we moved all the furniture back to the main bedroom and carpeted the guest bedrooms. Lorie A. helped us pick out carpet that fit our budget and needs. The best part of using interior solutions was the customer service that we got. It far exceeded anything we’ve had at the big box stores in the past. When the guest bedroom carpet arrived there was a problem with how the hardwood transitions had been done into the hallway. That was not their fault, but their installer figured out how to fix it so that the floors looked flawless. A year later, it still looks great. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service.”
