I called cause I’m looking for a phone (I still have iPhone 8+). The guy was rude and assumed I didn’t have any money cause I said a price range from $200-$300. That doesn’t mean someone is ONLY looking for that range.. I could go to 700-800… my priorities come first tho. If I ask for pricing for certain iPhones.. why is it so hard to say to the customer? Truth be told.. I would have went up on the price if he knew how to speak to people… if you don’t wanna be there quit my guy.

Screen is grainy/pixelated! Phone is basically ruined. Overheats excessively. Had I known I was paying $317 for a LCD screen which I might add isn’t compatible with my device, I would’ve just made an appointment at the Apple Store which would have costed me $10 more. Complaint has been filed with the BBB!

They buy stolen phones then when I want there he try to buy the box off of me so that way I can't get it back there is a detective that's going to come and have a talk with him cuz he's not allowed to buy a stolen phones
