This Bank will always be my favorite. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Tellers greet you and are attentive. Inside the lobby the staff are the same. I can truly say they treat you like you have millions in the bank. Good Job

First I lost money in the ATMThey did redeem me my money backBut ever since I lost money in the ATM I've been having to go to another ATM bc they locked me out of theres and the GM don't know why and this is my branch SMH ..i hate it here

Had my debit card in their posesion for over 24 hours and never once bothered to contact me that they had it. I pulled in to ask them to shut off a missing card and replace it, and just like that, she hands me my original that was picked up after being dropped on the premises then had an attitude about me requesting a replacement and forgets to give me my i.d. back. I tried walking back in and doors were locked before closing walk in hours and had me drive through the drive through just to get what she could have easily handed me first time around if she wasn't so nasty and careless. I request to close the account me being unsatisfied with the way they handled my card and it's privacy just laying in the open for anyone to see on the counter not even knowing or expecting me to come in that day really says alot. Refused to place my money and change in the envelope with i.d. so change was left in the bottom of that dirty container of god knows what touched it. I could tell the workers I was use to seeing were gone and replaced with thoughtless people "set in their ways" very uncomfortable and careless of items/info. AVOID.

I just sat in this drive thru for 10 minutes watching the bank tellers do absolutely nothing more than scratch their head and dig in their ears.There are no other cars on drive thru, just one at the atm. I always pull to the first drive thru lame and usually there is a guy there. Today I sat and waiting and waited for 10 minutes AT LEAST, I can see a teller just sitting with her back toward me. She don’t have a customer at her window either. Finally I get out the car to push the “CALL” button or knock on the window, and the guy whom I normally see popped up. This is ridiculous!!

I got a letter in October 2020 regarding my daughter's savings account that we opened when she was a baby. She's 23 now. The letter said now that she was 18 which was 5 years ago the account would be charged $5 per month unless it was converted to a regular savings account. She was away at school in October, November and December. We went to the bank today to take care of this and I asked if the bank would refund the now $20 total in fees and the woman said she could refund the current $5 but not the previous $15. I argued that it wasn't my daughters fault that the bank made some new change or that it was 5 years after she turned 18 or that she was out of state. The woman refused because she said I had a choice to close to close the account when the letter arrived. That isn't what my daughter wanted though and she was out of state and couldn't change the account until was back in Kentucky. Based on the woman's arguement the bank should have lost a customer because I should have closed the account in October. I thought the goal of banks was to have and retain customers. This woman was a jackass and should not be in a position that deals with people!

The tellers are wonderful and helpful but if you actually need to speak to a banker be prepared to wait
