Lauren is the BEST! So sweet and friendly, and she always keeps my hair looking fresh and beautiful. Not to mention Cha Cha’s is such a fun environment too! :)

After a year of not touching my hair (it had grown down past my clavicle - the longest I've ever had it!) I really needed a complete refresh with my style. I booked with Lauren at Cha Cha's and had an amazing experience! I wanted a short, shaggy cut and neopolitan color blocking and got exactly that! It looked even better than I could of thought with my inspiration photos that Lauren drew on perfectly. She's extremely professional and walks you through each step, and makes great recommendations that suits your hair vision. She's very friendly and great to talk to, but also there are no expectations to yap 24/7. My hair's so feathery and soft now - and so pink! 🩷

I have been to cha chas salon five times now, and everyone is so friendly and pay attention to detail. Leah does an amazing job and gives very good advice on my hair. She is so great with blonding hair, along with color. Her hair cuts have always looked like my references. Im always so excited to get my hair done at cha chas!

I have lived in Lexington all my life & seen a lot of great salons & exceptional hairdressers/barbers. Cha Cha’s is voted #1 in LEX for a reason. They are the best and most comfortable salon I have ever been to! I always leave feeling very satisfied with my hair & the salon experience.

My experience was actually negative. It took me a while to decide where I wanted to get my ends trimmed, considering my hair is curly and not everyone knows how to work with curly hair. My expectations were high for the salon because I'd read good reviews. Anyway, the girl who helped me was very friendly, but I don't think she'd ever handled hair like mine in her life. When I got there, I realized there was no one of color there. Maybe it was my mistake because it's a salon for white people. Maybe I should have said I'm mixed-race (or black). Anyway, the girl never divided my hair into equal parts to make sure she was getting an even cut. Also, while she was washing it, she wasn't gentle at all. Then, she applied a product to my hair that felt like it was burning me. When I saw that she was finishing, I asked her if she'd made sure my cut was even, and she said yes. She dried my hair with a diffuser, which made my hair look much shorter and fuller.
When I got home, I could really see that my hair was still uneven and had split ends. Although I wasn't looking for a radical change, just a simple trims, making a square cut in my hair keeping the same length. the work done didn't meet my needs and goals.
The first photo: when we started
The second photo: when we finished
The third photo at home: where you can see that the hair isn't cut evenly.

Bryn is 1000% amazing, hands down. I came to her a very blank slate, wanting something different with very little specifics on what I was looking to do. She took that and exceeded everything I was hoping for. I left the salon and was feeling 10x better than I had been and absolutely loved my new hair✨✨

Bryn is so amazing! She made my long hair dreams come true! And Lauren really knows curly hair! She has given me some of the best hair cuts! The salon itself is so cute! And so welcoming! It’s the best! I suggest everyone go here! And hit up Bryn for all extensions and Lauren for all curly hair!

I hadn't had a haircut in a year and was really putting off trying to find a new stylist because I've had such bad experiences in the past and was just too nervous- but I had heard great things about this place. The salon is beautiful, and when you call to make an appointment they make sure to match you with the stylist that will best meet your specific needs which I really appreciated. Payton gave me such a great haircut. She really took her time on it, and then showed me how to style it so I could do it at home. I left my appointment feeling like a new woman, I wish I had made an appointment sooner 😺

I had a great experience with Alexzia at Cha Cha’s! She shampooed and gave me a blowout, and I left feeling refreshed and looking fabulous. She’s super friendly and easy to talk to, and her scalp massage during the shampoo was amazing. The salon itself has a great vibe—clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Highly recommend booking with her!

Aidan has cut my hair and styled my hair for different events. My hair is thick and doesn’t hold a curl very well for me, but Aidan made my old money blowout last all day! Cha Cha’s has a very welcoming atmosphere and Aidan is very knowledgeable about the best cuts/styles for your facial features. Highly recommend!

Very good environment, and great people. I went in for a gender affirming haircut, due to never receiving what I wanted from other places in the area, I’ve had some pretty bad pixie cuts and bobs, but T Stephenson gave me the best experience I could have asked for. They listened to everything I said and asked questions though out the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone needing a haircut to affirm their gender identity
