Experience was great, I feel like pricing especially for skating was high. Half and half on friendliness of workers.

Size 8 is biggest Rollerblade they have to rent. I hate roller skates, because you can't lean back, and I grew up roller blading, so I am not going to try it at age 38, and I'm the only bread winner in the family. They should tell you at the front door, their maximum sizes for ALL skate and blade rentals. Now I can't enjoy the afternoon with my kids after paying for everyone else. Horrible experience!!!!!

Everything was good except for the guy running the laser tag. He was lazy and didn’t want to do his job. There was no order at all on who could go when.

I wouldn’t recommend skating here unless you’re with your family/friends. The music isn’t skater friendly, it’s just family friendly.
Any active skater that’s looking for an enjoyable experience skating, I recommend going to one of the several skating rinks in Cincinnati, Robins roost in Louisville, or FunCenter in Danville.
These people do not enjoy having good skaters, and they’ve banned/kicked out multiple people including myself without any explanation or reasoning.

Had a great time with my kids for their friend's Birthday. Lockers have antiquated locking mechanism and were clearly transplants from old facility on Palumbo, as were mannnny other things- but these old locks took $3 in quarters to release my locker key that I was then only able to use once before having to pay to release it once again. Bright side is, staff refunded the money the locker took, no questions asked- on 3 different trips to the desk. Speaks to a certain frequency in that occurrence, aye? That brings us to the utterly pointless, walk through metal detector. It goes off over and over on almost every guest, as they don't provide bins for you to empty pockets, nor is there anyone monitoring the activity or stopping folks who set it off. This is alarming and very worrisome. Although nostalgic, much of the old items brought over made the place seem drab and outdated. It was easy to get over that on the skate rink floor though. I can't wait to go back, despite the drawbacks. The food was pretty terrible. I'd say the best thing was skating and Lazer tag was tons of fun, too! I liked the ranking /l system rather than being permanent out. If tagged you just go inactive for a couple of seconds and then you are reactivated and able to continue but your ranking obviously drops down and at the end of the game you're ranked by your performance as a team as an individual and overall on the screens outside The laser tag course. The pricing for the day is just under $25 to play everything and $4 for skate rentals. That's pretty decent and you get putt-Putt but we didn't try that.

Just a warning for anyone who is considering Champs Entertainment for ANYTHING, they have gone down hill bad! We took my daughter there last year for her birthday, they allowed us to bring in a cake and presents even have a video of it. And not in a party room. This year I called to make sure that was still ok and they told me yes. We get there today and they say we can't have cake or presents even with showing them the video. (Even though they put the cake in their fridge!) Aside from that more than half the game machines were broken, it was extremely hot so the ac wasn't working or turned down and the management was rude. We will never go back!

This was such a good experience. Expensive, but worth it if you stay for hours for all the activities. They had laser tag, miniature golf, go carts (though they were very slow), a ride, virtual reality, and group games. Not much in the way of arcade games, as it's mostly for tickets and prizes. The children's play area was outstanding, but a little hard to keep track of your kids because adults can't go in unless it's an emergency. Fortunately though there is an attendant who doesn't let anyone out without a parent. So you can wait till they come up for air if you lose them in the four story play area. (Similar to a Billy Bees if you're familiar.)
Overall we had a ton of fun in this place. The kid's roller coaster was so much fun too. Make sure you just get the day pass because lots of activities are timed, and they don't always start on time either. Plan to be there 4-5 hours if you want to do everything and walk around to plan out your activities.

Visiting Kentucky on vacation, and went with a group of nine to Champs. There were some glaring issues, but also some praise! Starting with the ridiculous high price for the All You Can Play. It was $30.08 including skate rental (very surprising that skate rentals weren’t included in the price!) and I paid with $40 cash. The cashier forgot my change then gave me $9.25, which was the incorrect change. She then gave me $9.90 which, while only 2 cents off the $9.92 change that was actually needed, still wasn’t correct! Change should be CORRECTLY given. Did not get a receipt, and that price is just too high for the experience!
The A/C wasn’t strong enough. The skates, an additional fee that should’ve been included, fit poorly and couldn’t be tightened properly. Two of my friends also had issues with how they fit and hurt.
Water being $0.75 is surprising and unfortunate. I paid with card and asked for a receipt when confused by the price and was denied!
Mini-golf was pretty solid but a bit boring in display and the courses. My friends enjoyed the golfing a lot!
Now, finally, the good stuff.
Laser tag was a BLAST! Very immersive and fun, I did it twice and loved running around with my friends. Felt like a kid again for sure.
The skating rink was high quality and super fun! Not too crowded. Music was too loud but had some pretty good beats. Skating was generally the highlight.
The potato skins from the food court was DELICIOUS. Decent price considering they have bacon on them. Highly recommend those if you like cheese!
Overall, go for one specific thing like skating or laser tag and stay for as long as it’s open. (It’s only open for four hours on sunday!) But for the AYCP, might be worth it on a day it’s open longer or a weekday when the price is worth it. Very fun though!

Laser tag is amazing and only $5 per game or $20 per day. They have roller skating, golf and a good assortment of arcades for any fun night out or kids party.
