Went here to close my account after a few very sub-par experiences. Chiefly, I had transferred money from an external account into Chase and some time later, tried to transfer that money back out. Chase blocked the transfer out multiple times and failed notified me.When I called, I was told by the agent that they flagged the transfer as a security issue and that they had actually removed the externally linked account from my profile (see again the part about not notifying me).The external account was with a credit union backed by NCUA, so the whole experience is pretty evident of Chase's lack of concern for their customer.Good riddance. My only hope is that everyone loses their confidence in your ability to hold their money and that you fail miserably.

This branch’s drive thru atm never works whenever I go. Don’t waste your time coming here. You’re better off going to the other Chase bank locations.

Impossible to give less than a one star review on Yelp. Chase as a company is completely out touch with their clients. As a customer for over 20 years, Chase has never been close to being competitive on mortgage rates or car loans ( 5 mortgages, 6 car loans). Their online app incessantly keeps trying to switch me to paperless statements--- which I refuse. The only reason I stay with Chase is that their online security for my banking and credit card accounts seem adequate.

I sat on hold for over three hours.... while I do realize people are short staffed I knew there would be a delay but if you want to do your customers right you need to do a lot better than 3 hours!
