I've been with chase for some time now, always loved it. But I will soon be switching to a more cutomer friendly bank. I received the worst and quite frankly appalling service from Mr. Steele. He said I asked too many questions and he was tired of answering the same questions. When the ATM didn't accept my Google pay, of which he and his coworkers assured me would work, he didn't offer me an alternative other than try another location.

I cannot say enough good things about Chase's main branch here in Lexington! Toward the end of a recent vacation my debit card was compromised, but (stupidly) it was the only card I had taken with me so I couldn't necessarily turn it off. Instead, I transferred almost everything into savings and hoped for the best, then called customer service just to have a record of the conversation in case there was a dispute later as to why I didn't turn the card off. Upon returning to Lexington the first thing I did was visit the Main Street branch to cancel the card, and upon doing so I realized that the illegitimate transaction combined with an automatic payment had resulted in a small overdraft. Desmond was the person at the desk when I arrived, and he could not have been more patient or helpful; he also talked me through various tips and tricks within the Chase app that could help me manage my accounts better in the future. He was so kind and sweet - exactly the person I needed to encounter after a somewhat stressful return strip! On top of that, I needed to submit a secure message about the situation, so a manager (?), Anita, stepped in to print the form and talk me through the steps of what we were doing. Truth be told, I could have done every bit of this online, without assistance from real life humans. However, I am still a relatively new Chase customer, so this having been the first hiccup I've experienced with the company I felt more comfortable going to a branch to make sure their processes weren't vastly different from other banks I've been with in the past. I frequently mourn the loss of good customer service in modern society, but Desmond and Anita completely hit it out of the ballpark! They had no knowledge of the other tough tasks in store for me today, yet they made this a seamless and simple exchange, all while renewing my faith in humanity. THANK YOU!

The employees here are very friendly and make your banking experience much more pleasant. I highly recommend this branch.

While I love my bank, Chase, this location is one of the most complicated places to get in and out of. On the one hand, to even go to the bank you have to park and pay a fee. My main concern is that in the evening when you go to the ATM there are large bushes around it that would make an excellent place for someone to hide and rob you from. Normally I am not a 'jumpy' person, but I have pulled up and left the ATM several times in the evening at dark due to this. If there were more lights it would be better.

Chase bank is not a friendly place! they are always assuming things or just doubting you, make everything super complicated, it is truly a corporation not caring about its members just sees green and even then it still treats you with disrespect! this is not a one time incident, this has been my experience for the past two years that i have banked with them... last incident was asking them to receive a bank related fax and they said "sorry but we can not accept external documents" whatever that means !!

Willie and Alexis went above and beyond for me. Thank you both so much for your help and patience.

Willie went above and beyond for me today. He basically did my "Adulting" because I was so frustrated with a banking situation. It's nice to find people who are still fully committed to helping others. This will definitely be my go-to branch in the future.

the first time i went in there.. my experience was great! i had my account set up and what not. personally, i think wells fargo is better because they have free checking and free savings. plus no fee for using a non wells fargo atm. the only charge i ever got was from the actual atm with wells fargo. on top of a non chase atm fee, there's a $4 charge that chase charges you with. that's stupid if you ask me. anyways, i went into chase because my wallet got stolen. they were slow.. but very nice and put my new card on rush for no fee.. i have waited 2 weeks for my card to come in... they "accidentally" pushed the button that said do not issue a new card. ACCIDENTLY they have left a college student with no debit card 1200 miles from home. and i called them and they're going to make me get into the branch to get a new card. i don't have a car. i have to walk clear across town to get a card that they "accidentally" didn't send me.
