My debit card was stolen and my pin was used. I pressed charge against the person who looked over my should to get my pin. I was denied. The Chase representative told me to get a police report. I sent the police report in and it was still denied. I was told the police report did not matter, that I need a screen shot from the business. All this could have been avoid with the correct information giving to me. I am not satisfied with the way Chase handled this issue. My time was wasted! This is not the first time Chase has misled me. Chase is not a good bank. They have fee for everything. I will be looking for a new bank. DON'T BANK WITH CHASE

This is literally the worst branch I go to. Every time I have had to go inside (which I try to always use ATM for everything), the ladies stand around, talk to each other, one person is working and everyone else stands and watches. I waited 20 minutes and was the only customer in the bank. Sad!!

DO NOT BANK HERE. I wish I could give 0 stars. I had the most unbelievable unprofessional experience imaginable. I was told a check that I cashed from a very legitimate business was fraudulent. Strange but Ok. Then I’m told that they have to close my account and I would never be allowed to use Chase again for my business. So I go to a different branch and thankfully they had reasonable people working off the Georgetown Rd location who solved the problem and re opened the account within 5 mins. Found out the problem was a simple clerical error. Unbelievable incompetence in the heart of Chevy Chase!

My wife and I arrived at 4:30pm the other day with the goal of putting each other on our accounts since we were newly married. Even though I had talked with someone from another branch, I was misinformed about the process required to perform the addition of another account holder. We weren’t even told we needed to make an appointment, so we just showed up. As a physical therapist, I had to plan this trip to the bank two weeks ahead in order to not leave my patients without their visits. Initially, Heather told us that we would need to make an appointment and return later because the branch was too busy to accommodate us at the time. We explained our predicament to her, and she was able to fit us in to her already busy schedule. Not only did she go above and beyond by simply helping us with the addition of our names to the accounts, she helped us put several of our accounts in order that were lacking information and closed redundant accounts to save us money. She did all of this with a joyful heart and didn’t make us feel bad or treat us poorly for showing up with unrealistic expectations. Our expectations were unrealistic, but Heather’s remarkable customer service fulfilled each one of them and beyond. Thanks, Heather, for taking extra time out of your day, for staying late at work, and for helping us. You earned customers for life!

I visited the branch and only one banker was available who was busy at the time. A lady at front desk called 3 or 4 nearby CHASE branches for me and got me an appointment for one of the branch. I got my account opened on the same day!I wanted to open an checking account with this branch. The only downside is they may or may not pick up the call when you call for an appointment.

Kourtney is AMAZING! I can not say enough about this exceptional customer service. She worked unbelievably hard in trying to get my credit card to come in on time. From the moment I met her, she took a huge load off my plate and went above and beyond to ease my anxiety. Chase is lucky to have her as an employee!
