Never know when the one drive thru window is open. I stopped using this location. Don’t know about the staff inside. The drive thru machines always closed or down.

It’s sad that I have been with Chase for over 30 years and you walk into a branch and the service is abysmal.Took my 15 yr old in to open an account @430 and they didn’t have time to do it. They literally just lost what would likely have been another life long customer

I never had to deal with chase bank before going to this location. This location was so rude and not helpful at all. Not only with my situation but with several other customers that were there. Two customers ahead of me were not satisfied with there service. One mentioned taking his buisness to another bank. An a older gentleman was having a difficult time standing and walking and NO employee offered him a chair or assistance of any kind. They should work on there customer service and alittle kindness can go along way.

$10.00 charge on a $200.00 to honor their own checks..very bad for small businesses..

Came in very skeptical as my past experience with Chase was not so good. A young man named Will greeted me right away and helped change my view on Chase Banking. He could see that I was stressed and did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of even though he had multiple people coming in with appointments. Will was the first banker within Chase that I could speak to and feel like I could trust and for that I’m forever grateful.

The staff are friendly & helpful - 5 stars for them. BUT the parking lot is atrocious - 1 star. It’s been that way for years. Giant holes & a huge dip in the drive thru area that are hard to avoid & could cause damage to customers vehicles. We all know Chase has the money to fix a couple pot holes & I’m not sure why they haven’t been address after so long.

What they could not do, as they advised it would take too long, 20 minutes, and they didn’t have time ( it was 1pm) was handled in 40 seconds on the phone with Chase customer service

Terrible customer service! Have had multiple problems when I have gone here. They even send my $$ and Drivers License to another person in a different drive thru. Always a long wait. I’m ready to close all my accounts with Chase over their lack of service! Do not go to this branch! I wish they would have kept Leestown branch open and kept those employees. Never had a problem at the Leestown branch. Wish I could figure out how to give them a 0 star rating!

Terrible customer service! I went through drive thru once , and the teller send my money and ID to a car in a different lane. That was after I sat in the drive thru for like 25 minutes. I have had multiple problems when I have gone to the Nandino location. I'm ready to close my checking account, two savings accounts, my Chase CC and my Chase mortgage over the terrible service at this location! I have even spoke with the branch manager, she is the worse one. The tellers try to be helpful. The bankers in the cubicles might as well not be there! Someone at corporate needs to make changes here! I called the 1-800# to complain as well. They need to know why they are loosing business! I only wish I could give them a zero star rating.
