First of all, they almost never answer the phone. I spent two weeks trying to reach them and couldn't so I showed up unannounced and was treated me very rudely. Then, the manager who was supposed be working on a document for me went on vacation without delegating to the task to someone else.

Worst ever... After they made me wait for 20 min (with 3 people available to attend me) they tell me i need documents that I've never needed before to open an account on any bank, to open an account here, ridiculous. Chase and this franchise sucks.

Echoing the comment of another who attempted to call this number to no avail. What sort of management allows the phone to ring off the hook, without answering? Very poor customer service here is yet another reflection of the monopoly that big banks have within our society. Why would they address customer issues when they have the market wrapped around their finger?

The way the ATM is set up at this bank is like cave man times. You must park your car in the parking lot and get out and walk through the door to an indoor area. This isn't too bad but what you have happening is people parking their car right by the entrance and hopping out all the while people are trying to park and do it right. So simply waiting in line becomes very confusing and begging for a confrontation, especially in this neighborhood.
