Went here to close my account after a few very sub-par experiences. Chiefly, I had transferred money from an external account into Chase and some time later, tried to transfer that money back out. Chase blocked the transfer out multiple times and failed notified me.When I called, I was told by the agent that they flagged the transfer as a security issue and that they had actually removed the externally linked account from my profile (see again the part about not notifying me).The external account was with a credit union backed by NCUA, so the whole experience is pretty evident of Chase's lack of concern for their customer.Good riddance. My only hope is that everyone loses their confidence in your ability to hold their money and that you fail miserably.

This branch’s drive thru atm never works whenever I go. Don’t waste your time coming here. You’re better off going to the other Chase bank locations.

When Allan says he is going to call you back then she should do just that, he isn’t a man of his word, I wonder how many times he has been married. I personally believe that a requirement for working at chase bank is to be not intelligent and have no common sense whatsoever.

Impossible to give less than one star on Google reviews. Chase as a company is completely out of touch with its clients. As a customer for over 20 years, Chase has NEVER been competitive with either mortgage rates or car loans.Their online app incessantly keeps asking to switch to paperless statements , which I refuse. They only reason I stay with Chase is that their online security for my banking and credit card accounts seems to be adequate.

Impossible to give less than a one star review on Yelp. Chase as a company is completely out touch with their clients. As a customer for over 20 years, Chase has never been close to being competitive on mortgage rates or car loans ( 5 mortgages, 6 car loans). Their online app incessantly keeps trying to switch me to paperless statements--- which I refuse. The only reason I stay with Chase is that their online security for my banking and credit card accounts seem adequate.

25 year customer with personal and business accounts. CANNOT GET ANYONE TO RESPOND. They deleted important information so I called, was hung up on 5x (yes 5!) by local branches - I tried multiple. Then tried 800# and transferred to infinity then disconnected by them too.Does anyone at Chase care about the customer? Anyone? Too bad I cannot give a ZERO star review. Update: Local branch actually answered the phone and spoke with me. Told me to call 800# that's diconnected me multiple times. Great solution - unreal.

I sat on hold for over three hours.... while I do realize people are short staffed I knew there would be a delay but if you want to do your customers right you need to do a lot better than 3 hours!

I set up a new account on Saturday with Kameron Brooks, and I am compelled to tell you about my wonderful experience. Kameron spent at least an hour with me as we went through my account options, set up and linked my current accounts, credit cards, and new account to my chase app. He was well informed about the company's offerings and helped me decide what was best for me. It was a great experience and I am grateful to have such a helpful person at my local branch.

Untrained staff! There ATM not working last night they're stupid Drive-up teller doesn't know how to properly process deposits and refused to give me my money had to go to Leestown ATM just to get it. Train your staff!

The guy who helped us was extremely helpful and got us in and out within 30 minutes and we set up two accounts with separate names. Altogether, great bank. Only complaint was the top 40's music.

The teller made an audible grunt sound when he saw my legal name and completely stopped being friendly after that. The service was fine but I can't recommend this branch to other lgbt folks because of that.
