  I recommend exploring Chevy Chase on foot because, for a relatively small area, it has a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops to chose from. Highlights: Bourbon Toulouse, Josie's and the Chevy Chase Inn. Walking distance to Woodland Park and UK Campus.
