I went to a circle k in Lexington KY pimico parkway and the lottery machine inside store took 50 bucks from me the clerk acts like he knows nothing wait till you leave and open lottery machine and get the customers paid tickets. I seen the employees had there own stack of lottery cards on the side The whole crew should not be trusted. Called the district office no response so far I won't be using this company again..

The place is always busy, and the 4 pumps are not well placed. People are usually confused and angry as they race to get a pump. Inside is always busy and backed up, although they do have new self scanners but not sure how they have affected the speed. I have a tendency to avoid if I can help it.

Slushy machine seems to always have issues. And the AI check out has a tendency to charge you for things you didn't get.

Walk in & it looks like the clerk is launching a cyber attack against North Korea bc why in the world do you need all that tech. Just hire another person. I guarantee this company has their employees 401ks set up where they invest in the companies that make the tech & automation that is going to take their job in a bit. Insane. Wasteful

This is a 24 hr store so why for the past week and a half, maybe 2 weeks 3rd shift has a sign that says closed for system upgrade. Every night? How long does a system upgrade take? So I go to speedway on Richmond rd instead since circle k which is literally 2mins from my house is always closed.
