Rude woman with braids 3/8/25
A man held the exit door for me and I was scolded by the employee that it was the exit door??? What door I come in to spend money matters for what reason?? Make it make sense. Exit, entrance, someone holding the door to be polite? What's the difference if your business is getting my money??? Won't be back. Pick your employees carefully circle k

Tony is the absolute most rude person I’ve ever met. The way I haven’t even left the parking lot before I’m reviewing. He mocked my confusion at the self checkout(that he had to man anyway). I’m obviously not new to self checkouts but I certainly didn’t expect to see one in a gas station(again that were not working and he had to man).

None of the three registers work had to walk down the street to the next gas station. Also everytime I come and they have to card me for some alcohol they take forever to come over and do just that I won’t be coming back which sucks cuz I live so close and usually I’d come to this one

I went to the Richmond Road location in Lexington, KY yesterday. The newfangled scanning device they use wasn't working properly--it kept trying to add extra items onto my order. We had to get one of the clerks to help us--after a few tries, he finally got it to register just the two drinks we bought. Then when I tried to use my credit card, the machine would not accept it, so I ended up paying cash. This morning, I checked my balance on my bank account and found that my credit card had been charged $12.49! (The items I bought only cost around $3 and some change.) I will not shop here again--the clerk gave me no receipt when I left, so there is probably no way for me to get my money back. If you have to stop here, PAY CASH and make sure you're not being overcharged!
