Never had any issues here. They always jave the papersork ready. Gate codes ready and walk with you to your unit. Deposits are quick and easy also. You do your part and they will do theirs.

We have been more than happy with Citadel storage. Control temp was a major factor when we were looking for units 2 years ago. We have 2 large units. Move in was so easy with a door right at elevator. Great gate access and room to park right by door. Highly recommend!

I have a unit here and I have had it for awhile I’m not sure how many months but I would recommend anyone to get a unit here I had never had any problems getting inside my unit the service from the employee alway helpful in person and as well on the phone. They alway respectful. I love it here.

We just rented a storage unit here. It's much nicer than I thought a storage place would be. It also seems to be very secure. The rate for a second floor unit was the best I could find in town.
