I reserved some shoes and when I tried to call two days in a row to make sure the product was in the phone number associated with Google is out of service very disappointing

The service was horrid I thought the employees were patrons I was unable to get the shoes I wanted the female salesmen offered to help but the male employee barked at her saying he went into the back to look but he came out with someone else’s shoes again not understanding who the employee was or the customer and I really liked the store but won’t be back

Says store opens at 12 noon on sundays but I get here at 2pm gates open and door locked, this store always has the door locked and they very seldom answer

Shows they close at 9:00 pm, drove from another city and the doors are locked with gate shut before 8:00. Employees are inside but will not answer the phone, so lovely.

Been sitting outside store for 25 to 30 minutes and stairs was suppose to open at 10:00 no one was here at first….a lady came in open the door and locked it back. It’s is now 10:53 and store is still closed. No one will answer the store phone I call 3 times.
