I don't understand some of the bad reviews. Everytime I've been in there all the guys have been friendly and asked if I needed any help as soon as I walked in. I've used them as my transfer FFL a few times for guns I purchased out of state never a problem. I was in there last week and Glock prices were under Buds prices!

Very poor customer service. Couldn't even get a staff member to acknowledge my husband or myself. After asking for help with getting a bow restrung, was told no one in the store could help and to try back in a few days. Then asked if they offered any supplies for self repair or maintenence and was given the run around and zero help. Left after that. Will not be getting my money.

Friendly and very helpful shop with a nice variety of firearms, ammo, and all the accessories one might need. They also buy guns at very reasonable rates. Thanks again!

I've been a long time customer. Have spent thousands and purchased multiple guns. No more. Recently, I tried to purchase a Sig p365. They had it in stock. But when I got there they wouldn't sell it to me. There was a gun show that weekend and they had packed up their Sigs to take to the show. I had cash and wanted to buy now. Too bad. Gun had to go to the gun show and they wouldn't unpack it. So I took my money to Bud's instead. They were more than happy to make a sale.

Went in here to get a part for my bow. Was told by the guy that he would text his sales rep and get it in but he would give me a call the next week. Took my name and number.two weeks later I call in and ask for a status update. He obviously had forgotten all about it. Said everything was on backorder and acted kind of perturbed that I would call him to ask for an update. Called several weeks later. had no idea what I was talking about and said he would call me when it came in.This has been over a year and I guess that part must still be on backorder.

Great people and attentive staff. Helped me find the ammo and magazines I was looking for and had a great conversation with one gentleman about his combat military service as he was checking me out.

I haven’t purchased anything from these guys but wouldn’t hesitate to. They have a good consignment area with some C&R guns and milsurp. Priced a little high in that department but I’d rather have it there and be a tad higher than not at all. Decent handgun selection, rifle selection is decent as well. I like that they offer microtech and other knives as well. That’s hard to find in KY and most knife enthusiasts have to order online. My only real gripe is that I was leaned over a counter for a good 30 minutes before I was asked if I wanted to see anything, and that’s with an empty store.

Someone said this place isn’t price gouging like the rest????........ you need to check out the rest then.... Winchester 5.56 FMJ is 22.00 bucks a box here..... everywhere else is 13-14 bucks..... that’s a pretty big gouge where I’m from lol. They do have in stock but most do at this point. Gun prices are reasonable and fair though.

Walked in...asked about a rifle on the wall that I had a family member buy from here a couple years ago...a Sig MCX when it came out for $1600...you all want 2400 today for the same gun when Sig has a newer version with an updated rail The released over a year ago.... $1000 upcharge for the old version....Guns are scarce but you all have 0 inventory in the first place. Ridiculous. When I mentioned that it was 1600 a couple years ago the salesmen laughed in my face and walked away. Won’t ever step foot in this store again...I expect this out of a large corporation not a locally owned business.

Nice shop have had many great experiences there, my last trip I bought 8 boxes of ammo and received all but one. And it happened to be a 50$ box that I was charged for but was never bagged up. Almost certain it was taken by the man who rang me up. Please check your bags and receipts before you leave the premises. The fact that I was charged for all the ammo I bought and the most expensive type was left out was a red flag. I know for certain it was taken intentionally because it was rung up and was the only box that didn’t make it into the bag. loved this shop but sadly I won’t be shopping there anymore.

First off this is THE BEST GUN STORE IN LEXINGTON! Secondly the one star people are probably kissin cousins. Always helpful, they welcome the lookers, and they have more stuff packed in a small space that you won't find anywhere else except online. They have quality knives. Don't come in at closing time this place is busy and obviously the people would like to go home.

It's not often that I stop in at classic arms but any time I'm in Lexington I make a meaning to go. My last trip there was fantastic ! I bought a blue labeled glock 45 and the owner even gave me a free Glock bag with purchase. However my trip there today left a bad taste in my mouth. There was maybe 4 customers total in the store including my wife and I. I walk in to the store and I receive no greeting (which isn't needed but it starts off the experience that much better) and we look around for about ten minutes. Not once was I asked if I needed help. I then found a Glock 48 mos that I've been eyeing for a while and wanted to feel it in my hands. I sit there at the blue label counter for ten minutes with multiple employees walking past me and not one stopped and ask if I needed help. While I'm standing there a older gentleman walked into the store and not 10 seconds after he had a employee following him around trying to help him. I'm 23 years old and I have tattoos. I understand I may not look like I'm wanting to spend money but I can assure you as a veteran and a avid second amendment supporter that if they have something that catches my eye I'm going to pick it up. You guys have lost my business and I suggest training your employees to treat everyone the same regardless of what they look like. God bless.
