I feel like they watch you like a hawk as if you’re going to steal something, but the guy that helped me was nice, made suggestions and was DEFINITELY right there to answer questions. Came for a new wallet and will be back for their cologne.

I’m very OCD so I notice EVERYTHING. The experience at this particular location is far superior to any I’ve ever had. The attention to detail, personal service & care, friendliness, EVERYTHING unmatched anywhere else. And, of course, the Coach quality we all know & trust. Jeff is an absolute treasure!!❤️
