It's always scary for a small business when a long time I.T. manager retires. For us it was a hard decision to either rehire another inhouse I.T. professional or look to outsource our needs to a local I.T. service company to handle our computers, networks, servers, etc.
We ultimately decided a team of professionals with the latest advances in both online threat protection, email protection, and many other services that protect and help our business be more efficient is what was needed. We started working with CSSI over a year ago and the experience has been totally top notch. No matter if its them remoting in to help an employee with a basic issue, or even coming on site, seemingly minutes after a call, their level of service has really been tremendous. With the large staff they have on hand locally, I know as our business continues to grow, CSSI will be able to continue the high level of service they provide us far into the future.
If you own a business and are looking for a great team to support your digital infostructure, you really should talk with the folks at CSSI!

On a couple of occasions over the last year we have needed outside IT support . These folks are responsive, fast and extremely good at what they do. Most recently we had a network accessed storage failure. The folks at CSSI were able to recover our data from the old device and assist us in setting up and configuring a new storage system. I can't say enough good things about CSSI.

CSSI is a WONDERFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE. They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, especially Tyler. He replaced/installed numerous computers at my office and has made learning a new system so much easier. Having been used to my old system, I was truly concerned about the need to learn Windows 10 (with which I had a little experience and truly hated). However, Tyler did the setup in such a way that it mirrored what I previously had and it wasn't necessary for me to learn a great deal of new things. He has made the learning experience much more pleasant and expedient for me. There have been a few matters that had to be tweaked after the install, but all I had to do was contact him (via e-mail) and he was able to remotely take care of everything. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your computer hardware/software needs. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people at Computer Services & Solutions were so incredibly helpful. I called in a complete panic and in a time crunch to deliver a wedding video to a client with my entire laptop full of storage. The video just wouldn't copy to a USB I had purchased. I brought my computer, USB, and video to them and in less than 45 minutes they had the problem fixed without any issues at all. They were kind, helpful and made my day. I came in that day very stressed and left with my entire day turned around. I can't thank the Computer Services staff enough, especially Tyler and Daniel who followed through with the service. Thank you for what you did for me and to everyone else with a technical difficulty or computer problem, these are the right people for you! They will not disappoint and will get the job done. Very smart people.
