Kyle went above and beyond to fix the screen on my cell phone and work with my cellular provider to get me a credit since they wouldn’t initially cover my device protection/warranty issue. Really appreciate all the time they spent on this and to get my phone fixed the same day. Thanks once again.

I had an appointment and even paid to get my phone fixed. I get there a little before my appointment, they are suppose to be on at 10, I arrive at 1145 and no one is there. I wait, thinking they are at lunch. There's no sign, no one answers the phone and I drove out of my way to get there in lexington traffic. I left a message stating the problem and 2 hours later someone calls to tell me they are closed temporarily. They shouldn't have allowed me to make an appointment if that was the case because then I had to drive across town to the one on Nicholasville road.

A mixed review on this. The staff were friendly enough and the repair was fast (after having to order the screen; supply chain issues like most places these days).When I got my phone back, the fingerprint sensor didn't work. I assumed something didn't get connected so I took it back, no worries. Things happen and luckily I'm only five minutes from the shop.Apparently, however, after getting the screen replaced on a Google phone, the fingerprint sensor must be recalibrated. The staff member at the store said this needs to be done from a Windows PC and they only have Apple computers. So, to finish the $250 dollar repair I would need to: go home, put my phone in recovery mode, connect my phone to my computer, and go to a website to follow some steps...... which didn't work.Some Google-fu indicated I needed to download some drivers, possibly install the Android developer software, blah blah blah.This seems like a lot for ME to have to do. Look, I'm fairly technically proficient but what if I weren't?FORTUNATELY, the sister store was willing and able to finish the repair.So, I'm pretty mixed on this review and how I feel. While things worked out in the end, it was a more rocky road than I think most would expect. As an authorized Google repair shop, I think most would expect that they'd be able to complete the repair fully.That said, I want to reiterate that the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and short of only hitting the 80% mark on the repair, the sister store came in for the assist.
