rude not willing to help at all, i almost gave up on cricket completely but then i found another store down the road. I walked in with an attitude thinking i would have the same experience until she said don't worry i understand i got you lets see what we can figure out!!! Don't go here go to the one on waller by family dollar. I didn't even buy my phone there and they helped me anyway

My brother was there yesterday’s around 5:00 pm in this location and I was trying to change my phone service and change my phone number. I was in my work and she said I need to be there with my phone. My brother went to the other location of Cricket and there they change my phone service in 5 min without phone. I didn’t understand one service and different location different rule ?

This location arbitrarily locks the door during business hours. There are other locations nearby, and I recommend going there instead of this location. It is convenient for me, but they are never able to help with technical problems. Every time I stop here, I want to kick myself for coming here again.

The worst location the worst customer service the worst people don’t go there by falling from the sky army I bought a phone and there’s nothing wrong with it I come second day they say we cannot return it come another day I come to Thursday they say we cannot return they ask for more don’t go for this location go for a different location and boy from it but not the location of Pacific they are very bad they are free Road in the worst location of cricket company I have a very bad experience my friend has bad experience and another friend to Saaud please I Dora come on then zero customer service response scam me I don’t recommend it go there by fours go different locationThey are a scammer this they say we fix your problem when you write a Google review they said we can fix your problem but isn’t no one fix my problem no very disappointed

This is the worst company on the worst location they are scammer they sca me I buy line from them and I buy phones I have seven day in my receipt first time I go for a turn it they say the account person have to be here in person I said it’s okay I come back then next day they say no it has we cannot return it and I have seven day in it please I don’t come in this location I don’t come in the people who work there there are the three worst customer service there are worse location please don’t go there don’t be scam this cricket is a scammer please don’t go there I am very disappointed I talk to them the girl there her name Samantha Sina sneath yeah I think she’s the very worst person very worst customer service Siri that location Dom byline from cricket go another company they don’t have someone to talk to customer service to

I took my mom here to get a new phone. She’s on my brothers plan. The girl there Alana was more interested in the guys looking at phones than the customers she was supposed to be helping! She had my mom sign and we thought everything was good. Come to find out she opened my mom a separate account instead of putting her on my brothers and now my mom is getting charged and my brother! She lied to us! Don’t go to this cricket store. Fair warning! Now my mom has to figure out how to get her money back, close the account she didn’t want opened, and it’s very inconvenient and tiring!

Great place very helpful staff is amazing you have to wear a mask so that's good very good place to go to get your phone service I recommend it..
