Staff is super friendly and always really helpful. The really pretty younger girl really knows her stuff to be so young. The manager Vanessa is on top of anything and everything! She is fluent in english AND spanish. She always has the place clean and welcoming, from the parking lot to picking out a phone,plan, and case. To checkout. Today's Monday, 04/20/20@11:02am. I'm seeking civil litigation. I bought this Motorola E5 Supra cellphone back in late 2018. They had me to activate the phone by myself. On the end of the phone line, they asked me many repeating questions which drove me angry. They seemed to manipulating my mind. This phone was compromised and being hacked immediately ever since. I will seek civil litigation in due to time. I'm on Facebook. I'm member of Clays Mill Baptist Church in Nicholasville KY and member of Broadway Christian Church in Lexington KY.

This store stole a $300+ LG G6 phone from my father. He went to the store to swap to an iPhone (for whatever reason) and took his current phone, the LG G6, and the one before that, some "POS" Cricket had sold to him before in an attempt to get his info from either phone to his new one. I can't tell you the exact details of how all the transactions went down because I was not there at that very moment but what I do know is that when my dad returned home with a bag from Cricket the contents inside the bag were; one old "pos" phone, an iPhone box, the receipt and the iPhone case Packaging. LG G6 not accounted for. Of course they were closed by this time so when we called the next day the phone had mysteriously disappeared. Whatever girl he talked to on the phone said "I don't know, I can't find it." Mind you, that very same day he bought the new phone (March 12, 2019) he got two text from a Google verification trying to gain access into his business account email. Another one of those texts came through 9 days later. Every single time we have called the store they have no idea how to answer our question as to what happened to the phone. They also have no suggestions on how to resolve the issue that somebody, who is an employee there, not only stole the phone but tried, and most likely succeed, to access personal and business information that does not belong to them. This ridiculous and infuriating incident paired with the terrible cell service should deter anyone from ever wanting to switch to Cricket. I at one time was a cricket subscriber as well. I actually went into the very same store to get my phone activated, fortunately for me I am tech savvy enough to know when those people behind the counter were full of s***. I went into the store back in 2015 and took a new unlocked phone in to get it on my Cricket plan, after their 30-minute attempt to sell me a Cricket phone failed they attempted to charge me a $30 SIM card, of course that did not happen because I know better. Either it is the company that cannot be trusted or the people that work there. And these days it's hard to differentiate the two. Needless to say I am no longer a cricket subscriber. Terrible in-store experiences combined with outdated online support and excruciating cell phone service, I made the jump to a better suited cell phone company for an even better price. Here we sit over a month later and I am still trying to clean up this mess. Cricket, that's a hard no.
