Sarah the pharmacist is pathetic. Refuses to fill my medication because I had been to 3 pharmacies in a month (I get my medication weekly) but never ask why so we could explain but it was because my pharmacy run out of meds. I filled at another pharmacy the next time they were due that pharmacy said my medication was on back order but transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy. I was refused for something that was out of my control. Sarah also called me a junkie.I’m not a junkie,My name is Abigail & IM A RECOVERING ADDICT.You are rude, your attitude sucks, you have absolutely no respect, no morals, your judgmental & I promise you I will be talking to corporate & a lawyer since you want to call me out of my name.

My Dr tried to call in a Rx and the person that answered the phone was so rude to her and said they could not take the Rx for Doxycycline. A basic antibiotic. My Dr was very offended by how she was treated by the person name Sarah who refused to give her last name.

I have been in practice 39 years and never had a negative experience with a pharmacist. However, I attempted to call a prescription into CVS Todd’s road and the pharmacist began to argue with me and hung up on me. The next day I called back to get her name. She refused to tell me her name, which is Sarah Prior, and hung up on me again. My personal insurance requires us to use CVS. We have moved all scripts to Walgreens Pink Pigeon.

I went to get my updated Covid Booster and Flu shots. I had bad experiences previously with another pharmacy chain who made me wait a ridiculous amount of time. CVS pharmacy was wonderful I waited at most 5 mins to get vaccinated. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you need to get vaccinated go to this CVS pharmacy, they are quick and very friendly.

There is a very nice gentleman who works here that has a contagious smile and honestly excellent service. When I was in, the other day, I was having a terrible day but I chose to put a fake smile on because I work in customer service. I didn't want my mood to affect others around me (that's not fair). However, by the end of my interaction at the check out, I found myself genuinely enjoying my time with a genuine smile. I'll drive out of my way to shop at this CVS. Thank you.

From CVS on Old Todds Road Lexington KY- Dear Suzanna, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience. I deeply regret that to inform you that no, the QR code you tried to have scanned is not something CVS is equipped to scan, so the physical card is required. It is also a shame that CVS does not cover nearly as much of the product as let's say, Wal-Mart does. It's a common issue and I apologize for the frustration that may cause you as it does frustrate us as well. We are told to scan the card a very specific way and if it doesn't take, it doesn't take, there is no work around. However, it does not give you the right to speak to my employee in the way that she described you did, as I was told of the interaction moments after it occured. I understand there is some frustration involved, but you have absolutely no right to speak to her in that manner. Come back if you want or don't, but calling her names and shouting at her is not the answer to this problem. Shopping at Wal-Mart for all your future products and needs is one, however. Thank you Stephen (Redacted) Operations Manager Response -- Excuse me? I did not raise my voice and I certainly did not call her any names. I told her I was going to Walmart where I don't have any problems with my card. I urge you to watch any store video that may be available to prove that will show that I got exasperated, but did not raise my voice nor call her any names. I did stand at the counter with no one waiting behind me to try to order the product off the website for pickup so I could put my card through the website instead, but it wasn't available for pickup. The only thing I am calling her now is a liar. I want the video pulled and an apology for what she has accused me of. I will be reporting this to corporate. Suzanna Schroeder WTF? Are employees going over the edge lately? I asked for the manager because maybe the manager knew how to make the card work with the register. She said she was the manager on duty. So did she call her Ops manager and lie the minute I left? I called corporate and they acted like they didn't care. I actually can't send my email response back to the Ops manager because either my email is blocked or that email doesn't take incoming emails, so they can see my response publicly here.

The pharmacist there (Leonhardt) is the absolute rudest person I've ever dealt with. The staff goofs off and ignores customers. I called and the told me my script would be ready in a few hours. I get there and they then tell me they don't even have a script. They all were very rude. I think because they're the only 24 hour one in Hamburg they think they can act this way.

The pharmacist here offers absolutely no help and every time I have tried to get a prescription filled or refilled it has been a huge hassle for no reason. I get questioned about why I’m getting the prescription and the pharmacist is extremely condescending. I only used this pharmacy because my insurance changed and CVS was covered, but after my most recent experience I transferred my prescriptions to Kroger.

Wow just got hung up on by the female pharmacist. When your dealing with people that have questions and concerns about their health and need medication to stay alive and you hang up on them you are a disgrace. I just can't believe CVS has a person with no heart or care and to be honest it's terrible. I have read the other reviews and everyone seems to say the same thing. To CVS I hope you find people who have a heart and who is willing to help people because you may have a elderly person that needs just that extra kindness and guidance because they may not have anyone else to guide them. To the girl who hung up on me this afternoon I wish you the best of luck because I have a big heart and I will tell everyone just how I was treated and I will guide them to find a better place to get their medicine

The staff is very nice so it isn’t their fault. They do the best they can with the staff they have. But they need more help . It’s is 7-8 hours for a prescription . And I usually wait 20-30 minutes inside or in a drive through . And while you are inside waiting the phone rings constantly, and says “there are 17 calls waiting “. So, you can’t even call them . They are the preferred pharmacy for my insurance . Otherwise I would not use them !

I dropped a prescription off at 7:30 am......at 2:30 pm, they were still "finishing it up". This happens every single time. My insurance requires that I use CVS but I hate their service. It takes 20 minutes to get thru the drive-thru and that is supposed to be "convenient ". Ridiculous!

I’m sitting at the drive through, have been here for 20 minutes with no movement at all! This place has incredibly poor service!
