I left my medication in Indianapolis so I need a loaners. I call the different CVS and the lady was rude and was like no I can't do it. And then I called this one in the pharmacist was probably the nicest person ever. Got me my loaners even did little handmade labels because some issue with my medication so she just went above and beyond it was great very very happy about this place

Miss Erica is amazing! She's very friendly and attentive. Miss Erica went above and beyond to help get my prescription and to figure out what was going on with my insurance. Even though I was irritated, not at her which I made sure she knew, Miss Erica worked diligently and calmly on my situation. The power was out at the usual location I go to, from the wind storm. Urgent Care said they'd send the scripts to the Upper Street location, but Miss Erica didn't receive them. She called, got my scripts and got them filled for me today at her location. I appreciate your kindness and efforts!! Thank you for all that you did for me!

Store #17759 seems to be a great pharmacy. The other LEXINGTON Ky. Locations are horrible!

I had an upsetting experience at the CVS Pharmacy on Harrodsburg Rd in Lexington ,KY Even though I had a text from CVS saying they would fill my prescription on July 11th the pharmacist refused to fill it on July 14th. She said even if my Doctor called in she would not fill the prescription. She would not give me her name and rudely hang up on me. I am moving all my medications to Kroger where they treated me with a smile and filled my prescription called in by my Doctor.

Said they would have my daughter's prescription ready and when we got there at 5pm (posted open til 8pm). The pharmacy was closed for the rest of day. Can't get filled somewhere else because they filled before leaving. Never again!

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy. I got my covid vaccination here today and the pharmacist was beyond sweet. She made the process so easy and painless, and was extremely courteous to other customers waiting for their prescriptions. This is the best CVS pharmacy I've ever been to!

Super convenient location and awesome employees! I get the depo shot administered at student healthcare, and their pharmacy originally charged me almost $40 for my shot (after claiming my insurance would cover it...? Confusing haha) but at this CVS it was completely covered with my insurance! Super grateful for that and now it is automatically filled here and I get a text whenever I have a refill.

Fast and friendly service. The pharmacist, Mr. Senters was very knowledgeable. I transferred my prescriptions to this location. Highly recommend!
