This is for the pharmacy and for the pharmacy only. I will no longer be a customer at another CVS in my life. I am an extra care member and will be switching over to Walgreens. No joke today I got B*TCHED out by the main pharmacist. Guy was completely unprofessional and was yelling at me even through the store while I left. Story below: I have Covid and pink eye in 2 eyes. I don't live here I'm out of town for a trip. All I wanted was my prescription for eye drops so I could drive my three hours and go home to bed. It was 1:24. He said I can't help you we are closed at 1:30. I said no it's 1:24. MAN STARTS YELLING AT ME. I tried to explain how terrible my day had been and he proceeds to say all these insulting and unprofessional things in the store. While I was leaving he CONTINUED to shout out me through the store. Went over to Walgreens and the pharmacist there saw I was upset, even offered to open their pharmacy up 5 minutes early to help me and offered to help me find anything I might need in the store. Complete different customer service model. I am never considering another CVS again in my life. I am in awe by the things a PHARMACIST was saying to me over a basic conversation. He could have been polite and explained that he was busy or whatever but instead was cursing and yelling throughout the entire store.

Larry in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my mother out getting my prescriptions and dealing with a terrible urgent care over the phone for awhile to make sure I got my medicine. Thank you so much Larry, I’m glad there are still good people in the world willing to help others out

My interactions here have always been fine, in spite of the usual onslaught of customers versus number of staff, which is typical just about everywhere you go. All shots received have gone smoothly, and the staff has always been friendly.

Showed up for a covid booster appointment today. Pharmacist said they used up all of their booster doses yesterday. No attempt by the pharmacist to reschedule us elsewhere. CVS also never notified us of this issue. In general, avoid this location. It is a dump. Go to the Walgreens across the street.

Absolutely awful staff who act like it’s an inconvenience to be helping you, when that’s literally their job.

Had an amoxicillin prescription sent in for my son and waited all day yesterday for it to not be ready. Wait the next day and call several times and the terrible automated system told me it was finally ready at noon and I go to pick it up to only find out I’ll have to wait another hour for it. It feels like no one in the pharmacy has any idea what they’re doing.

Very difficult to get a pharmacy staff member on the phone. Waited for someone to pick up for 35 minutes before I called the store directly only to be told they could only put me back into the que to wait for someone to pick up. Which would start my hold time all over again. Highly disappointed!! I’m a nurse and I’ve had my share of waiting to get ahold of pharmacy staff over the years and this is one of the longest waits I’ve sat through before giving up.

Waited for my medication for 3 weeks only to find out the pharmacy didn’t update the fill date so It didn’t get approved. When I called to figure this out, Peyton (manager) told me it was not CVS’s fault that I didn’t call to reprocess it, when I had called them multiple times to ask why it hasn’t gone through. When my insurance explained it was actually their fault and not mine, I called them and got told “I’m not the only patient in the world” and was not offered an apology for their mistake. This is not the first problem I have had with this pharmacy failing to fill prescriptions, take your business across the street if you value getting your medication on time.

45 minute wait time for the pharmacy and no one ever answers. If you do get someone to answer they lie about your medication status so you drive all the way there and it isn’t even available and they claim they have to order it….

The only issues I have is waiting 4 hours to get a prescription filled. Also, I used Kroger pharmacy for yrs & had to switch to CVS which is across town for me. Terrible insurance. So once per month I'm in high noon traffic to pick up something I should be able to get in two hours.

A 2 star only because I like the pharmacist. Very professional. So I have always been able to check out other items when I am picking up prescriptions. I picked up three packs of gum and placed them where she could see them when getting my prescrips. She did not ring them up and said that she could not ring them up, which was a lie. She blamed it on a "computer problem". I really don't like being lied to. She said I had to buy the gum up front. I went to the counter and no one was there. Tried to use the auto check out and was stuck so had to wait for someone to show up. Who was rude. This all just set wrong with me. Walgreens and Kroger is closer, I may switch all my business to them.

Walked up to a counter and explained feelings of discrimination. I dress differently than others. My spouse doesn't. I get asked for more identifying information for my son's medication than her. She's the one who brought it up because she's a school teacher. I got told I must be wrong and felt worse for speaking up.

We waited in line for 15min at the window. We went in and I questioned the wait. The staff was very rude and demeaning. The pharmacist Peyton Noble was very rude which caused me to be rude back. She threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave. Very rude and unprofessional. Customers should not be treated in that manner. I called and reported here.
