I was told CVS doesn't make generic bronkaid, the NDC is 69842-922-07 and it's from the same manufacturer as the Walgreens generic. I know pharmacology isn't retail but it's weird to say you don't make a product, when the NIH document was reviewed last month and it's still being made.

Probably the worst pharmacy ever. Just had a girl tell me at 1:53 they weren’t open til 2:00 and I had to leave the drive thru!? I said I oh no it’s fine I can wait. She said I would be blocking people if they didn’t want to wait. I said we are all clearly here to get meds and aware of the time, it’s not a big deal. She made us all leave, drive around, only to come back minutes later?! Insanity. I’ll be sure to never use them again. And hope those that were actually willing to drive back around gave her a piece of their mind!

This pharmacy could go down to be the worst pharmacy in history if the truth be known. . NOT the store , neat stuff in store .
1. The pharmacy claims to be open 24/7 as seen on the website however this is inaccurate information as you will find out they keep their own hours depending on how they are staffed .
2. . I go to pick up a prescription the window is open seeing several people behind counter one says angrily “ we are closed for lunch “ and slams the metal door down .
3 . Doctor calls in a meds 2 days ago and I receive a text stating “ their is a nation wide shortage and we don’t know how long it will be “
I call another pharmacy . They have all the meds that CVS claims nation wide shortage lie
4 NO-ONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS . No one to talk to. . No one answers the phone. . U can leave vm , be prepared to have an angry person call back sometime if they do . .

My concern is for others with this complaint. How can we expect for our elders to go through this when they need their medication they get stuck in an incompetent phone system and not be able to speak with the pharmacist. I am fine now and I have moved all the prescriptions down to a friendly little pharmacy. Family owned down the street. Whoever is reading please take it to heart and remember you deserve to be treated the best with pharmaceutical needs and thank you.

Says they're 24 hours but they close at night and lock the doors, regularly. I have a better bet of finding them closed than I do open any time after 10pm. Corporate needs to do something. Employees lock the door and then sit in their car in the parking lot. This is the umpteenth time I've tried to place a delivery, delivery app (and google) says they are open, only for the driver to get to the store to tell me the doors are locked. Sometimes there's a note "Closed from 11pm-7am". Other times, the doors are just locked with no explanation. If you're not 24 hours anymore, take the sign off the building that says you are.

The pharmacy is way under staffed and has inconsistent hours. On top of those problems I’ve dealt with some unprofessional rude employees too. The pharmacy will not take your call either or return it when prompted to leave a voice mail. So if you have questions or need to communicate with the staff you’re out of luck. I would absolutely not recommend this pharmacy and would shop elsewhere. Why give your business to a company that their staff treats their customers like they are a nuisance.

Horrible inconsistent location. Why does 24hr pharmacy close at 7:00pm all week?
Hand written sign posted to say when they feel like working. Have not ever had a rude clerk though.
