Very nice staff and personable. Very funny and helpful! Got me squared away Very quickly. It's sad nowhere else really runs this service anymore. Just about the only spot in town that does this now

Despite this business running from a kiosk at Fayette Mall, they have some great quality watches that won't break the bank in addition to some more very expensive options.

A big thank you to Joe, at Fayette Mall in Lexington, KY. He was able to fix a watch band for me on the spot! In less than 5 minutes I was out the door with a functioning band that would’ve cost a lot more to replace. I’ll definitely go back!

Love their watched. Got a wooden one. Prices are good and they're made in Cincinnati.

Horrible… I dropped off my watch to get resized and they said it would be 10-15 minutes and 29.00$ which is insane I come back 20 minutes later they tell me I need a battery and they didn’t even resize it I pay to get it resized and it wasn’t even good my watch was still loos. Don’t waste your time or money on this place the staff and owner are very rude also go to the one in front of macys wayyyy better

Went to Citadel Mall web page. Dakota watch said hours today were 10 am to 8 pm. Checked at 1130 and 1230 no one there.

Excellent customer service and competitive pricing. Joe is the best. I’ve been coming to him for years.

I was changing out a watch band that had broken, and when the new one purchased from Dakota Watch also broke, Emily was very patient, and helpful in replacing it. Emily installed the new watch band and it is working well. I just appreciate, not only the product, but the "quality" of service.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. These people tried charging me $39 to take a link out of a watch…it takes literally 30 seconds to do. Don’t waste your time with this place. Go see princess jewelers at the other end of the mall instead

This place is a joke. I called 3 times and the phone rang off the hook. No one ever answered. I get there and they tell me there is a 2 hour wait TO HAVE A BATTERY REPLACED! As he says this the guy is just standing there not doing jack $hit. Then his co-worker comes back with a drink I bet hand. If you have a 2 hour wait, that may not be the best time to take lunch.

I was looking for a decent place to resize the metal band of my watch I recently bought, and this place was perfect for me. The person, working there was knowledgeable and helpful when I asked if they also fix watches. I thought they only sell watches, but I realized they also offer a variety of other services, including repairing watches and replacing batteries to name a few. Since then, this has been my go-to place when it comes to any services related to buying and fixing watches.

Rude and overpriced for changing a watch battery. Luckily, Lexington has many other choices like Fixed in a Flash.

Clowns, changed a battery, then proceeded to pressure test a watch that was not water resistant. After complaining that my dial fogged, they informed me my watch wasn't water resistant. Fortunately I knew that, my question was, why did you pressure test a watch that's not water resistant, still waiting on an explanation. What exactly will you look into, you were the one that was dismissive by way of your employees. You were the one that pressure tested my watch. When I came back the next day you were not in, so please for the sake of pretending to have good customer service you've responded. All your one stars are rightfully earned. Just still puzzled as to why you would pressure test a watch that is not water resistant.
