My iPad 9 wasn't holding a charge so I took it to Device Pitstop. I was told by a surly clerk there was something wrong with one of the "boards" and that it would be $250 plus tax ($263) to fix. I paid it, picked it up the next day and took it home with a 100% charge. The next day it worked for awhile and then I kept getting a message "Not charging". I took it in a couple of days later and left it again. I was told they had to order "a piece" and it was kept for 4 days, and after I made an inquiry I was told they were finishing with it and I could pick it up. Once again the unpleasant clerk helped me and I was told that if it happened again it would my charger because they checked it on their numerous chargers and it worked. In other words, don't bring it back in. Within a matter of hours it stopped charging intermittently, and within a day stopped charging completely. I'm out $263 with absolutely nothing to show for it.

I will 10000% be returning for business. Professionals who are easy to work with and friendly. They also have things in stock I couldn’t find anywhere else. Amazing business this is. I would suggest to anyone and every one.

My 2nd time at nicholasville rd location. First trip, my phone had been dropped on the lake and they brought it back and charged like 30 bucks!Today, my charger port was acting up. They cleaned it for a couple mins and had me right back out the door, no charge!!Awesome folks. Will come back again.

***SCAM ARTISTS***I called and asked if they could hook a signal booster up to my drone controller. They said they could no problem.After having my drone for about a week i received a phone call where their drone tech said he would have to use a dremel to alter the controller sp he could hook it up.I say no way because I know it was an exact fit and DIT NOT require altering.They charged me 80 bucks BEFORE any work was done and i tipped 20 to make an even 100.So they werent able to do anything to y controller and told me they could only refund the $20 tip. After arguing with i guess the owner he told the guy at the cash register to give me my money back and that when he said i can only refund the 80 not the 20 dolar tip so u see how he contradicted himself just a few minutes ago it was the opposite they could only refund the $20 tip.So i got 80 bucks back and thoughts that was the end of it but oh no the $1200 RC Smart Controller is broken. The next time i went to use it my joy sticks no longer bounced back to the middle they stayed wherever u pointed them.Consider yourself warned, i never leave bad reviews

I called them before going in to see if they could install a booster to my drone. They said as long as it was compatible, they could do it. After having it for a few days, they text to tell me it wasn't compatible. I sent them the video where I purchased the booster that showed exactly how to install on the very same controller I own. After a few days, we called to check in and they told us they weren't able to install the booster. When I dropped it off, I paid them $80 for the booster install plus a $20 tip. When I arrived to pick it up, at first they said I could get the tip back BUT they couldn't return the money I paid them for the service.... Wait, WHAT?! So after explaining to them that there was no way I was allowing them to keep the money I paid, for something I didn't recieve, they gave me the $80 back but then said the tip was non-refundable! I understand that people have to be paid for the time they invested in looking at the drone and deciding they couldn't do it, but you can't do it like that!

Device Pitstop completed an overpriced repair or lack thereof on 8/1 went back on 8/12 with the same device for the same issue. Starting to feel as if I'm getting the run around, your staffing shortages is not my concern, this review will be amended, after the repair, of the previous repair is satisfactory completed. Sadly I have a warranty on my device just needed a quicker turn around, which has now turned into we'll call you when we have a diagnosis of the problem.Also stop suggesting to customers that their devices are not expensive enough, to be repaired, it is rude insulting and downright against most businesses principles and ethics, you're in the business of repairing devices, it is quite presumptuous to place a value on something that does not belong to you, its worth and value is to the owner, and should not be of any concern to you. I would really like to get my device back in a prompt and professional manner.

I take all my family's phones because some of them do not speak English, and those who do are not tech-savvy. Although we had a couple of incidents, the most significant problem was with our iPhone 12 Pro Max. There were a few installation hiccups, but they fixed them promptly. Even though my mother-in-law's phone was out of warranty, they were considerate of the situation and met us halfway. They made the whole experience pleasant, despite it being uncomfortable and difficult to understand. I am thankful that we have them as a local business with genuinely empathetic people.

I bought two iPhones here and they were in excellent condition. The phone I bought for myself had a low battery health on it and I wanted to change it out. Instead of charging me the full amount they went out of their way to give it to me half the price and I received a $70 off coupon and they also let me apply that to my total cost. This place is great and they always have what I need and provide excellent customer service.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! We have been shopping at this location for about 10 years now, even back when it was known as Laptop Exchange! we counted it up the other day, and over the years, my family has purchased seven computers and 12 cell phones. every single time, the employees have made it an absolutely wonderful experience, going above and beyond to address any special needs or requirements we’ve had. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced from a company. Highly recommend!

While they did not have the power cable we needed for our monitor, they were super easy to work with and so polite! Josh was who we spoke with, he was patient and helpful with trying to point us in a direction that would lead to a solution. The customer service alone will be a reason to stop in if you need electronic support!

Great experience! They have worked on my Dell lap top........installed Win 7 Pro few years ago.....recent upgrade to Win 10 Pro......installed solid state hard drive and more memory. I am a member of the Repair Club and they take care of anti-virus also. Nothing but good experiences with this team.......top shelf!

This is a tramendouse place to shop. They are all polite there. I don’t buy any other electronics or anything but there. They even fix stuff there and are great at it and VERY honest. If they can’t fix it then they will explain why it can’t be. Go there for every day electronic needs and especially on Black Friday. Excellent Place.
