Worst customer service. I asked to go to the bathroom and they don't even look at you when talking. The cashier was on his cell phone the entire time. I went to five below to go to bathroom they also won't let me use restroom. They sent me to office depot who said they send 100s of customers their way to use bathroom! I refused to give my money to places to stores with bad customer service so we did not purchase ANYTHING! I hope managers from both stores see this and it changes !

I shopped at 5 below went next door to dollar tree asked the cashier where I need to put my bag she told me to put it on the next register counter I shopped came up to the register to pay for my items my items were bagged up and I asked were my bag was the manager which rung up my items asked the cashier then the manager said someone must of took it. So I didn't get anything I purchased and the manager was argumentative with me when she let someone walk away with my bag then the items I was getting ready to purchase she put them to side after my bag was stolen I won't be back to this location.

They need to restock the shelves and keep it clean it's a mess most of the time,they did get a new team manager and it is starting to improve.

This is the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree of any that I’ve ever shopped in. Also it’s the only one that actually stocks the shelves and doesn’t leave the product in boxes to block the aisles. I sure wish they were all like this.

Everyone loves the Dollar Tree so go to another location. This one has a cashier named James that needs a haircut, a bath and customer service training. He actually expects the customer to get their own receipts off the machine instead of handing it to them. He's rude and doesn't understand the concept of his role as a cashier or sales associates. So this goes to show that this company will hire anybody off the streets.

A little disappointed with a few stores shelves and disarray. Very disappointed with price increases!? How is it still calked the Dollar Tree!? Isn't this bait and switch at it's best!! I went to make my usual purchases they were increased up to 4 and 5 bucks for a few items!

This was the most deficient Dollar Tree we've ever seen. It was as if someone put a bunch of stuff from their garage sale on the shelves. That's when there was inventory on the shelves at all!

So much great stuff!! I love the variety and the quality! I but seasonal items, Halloween treat bags and stuffers, wrapping paper, gift cards and greeting cards!

Trying to figure out why is the manager heather in store but not helping the cashier out with the extremely long line ?? The dollar tree on southland drive would never operate that way !

This store is just awful stock is always in boxes blocking the Isles empty shelves people store manager is very nasty I asked a worker a question she was trying to answer it he chased me out of the store. Can't stand that store but it's closest where I live. I don't think it's worth 1 star!
