All stores are short staffed and so is Dollar Tree. The staff is courteous and very busy trying to keep up with shopper demands.

Now Dollar Tree Plus, most items have gone up to $1.25. Still good place to go for everyday items.

Store manager Paul refused my 5 year old son and myself access to the bathroom. While in line to check out, I first asked the cashier, who was very nice and explained to me that he was a new hire and didn't have the key to the bathroom and that store manager Paul was sensitive about customers using the bathroom. A customer that was in line ahead of me concurred by adding that he had just had to leave to use the bathroom next door at Ace Hardware to avoid the hassle with Paul, who he said was known to refuse use of the bathroom to customers. The cashier called Paul to the front so I could ask to use the bathroom, I asked him if we could please use the bathroom, even stating that we were both about to "burst", he refused and started conditioning or stocking an endcap. My purchase of 17 items was small but, I definitely regret making it and i will not make the same mistake twice.

I love Dollar Tree!! I actually work at the Dollar Tree on Pimlico Drive in Lexington Ky. My boss has worked for DT for around 30 years and he said our store is the best he's seen. We have great employees and great customers. I highly recommend our store!!!l
