This store not stocked as well as others and I definitely got some attitude from the employees while in there. I will not go back… I can shop at a different location.

I will have to say, that out if all the Dollar Trees that I have frequented, this has got to be the cleanest, most well-stocked one in the bunch! Everytime I go in , there is a nice helpful staff waiting to help you if needed . The aisles are clean and it doesn't look like a bomb went Boom! Hats off to the managers there , and their staff! Well- done!! Pleased with the mapleleaf store and if I haven't seen them all in Lexington, I'll keep u posted.M.E.L

MAKE SURE THEY CHARGE YOU CORRECTLY BEFORE PAYING.Dollar Tree in Lexington, KY off Mapleleaf Dr. I bought 7 items, was charged for 8. Manager wanted to Count the items in my bag to "make sure" I wasn't overcharged. She then proceeded to tell me she could not give me my money back because there was no way in their system to process the return. So, what does that mean? Dollar Tree is just going to keep my money when it clearly was their fault? That's not right. She said the only way was for me to pick out another item in the store. The problem is the Principle of the matter. If it's your company's fault for overcharging, give us our money back! Period.

First visit to this Dollar Tree. Was heading to Tandoor for lunch, so stopped for a few things. Well stocked and seemed pretty organized. The bottom line, I think, if you find what you went for, then the trip is a success. 25

Love their selection but you have to be in a good, positive mood when you go to that location. First, it’s usually a mess which doesn’t bother me but does others. And two, some of the staff can be quite rude which does bother me. If you don’t like people or retail (like he said to me as throwing my items at the bagging area) and glare at customers (which even a smile to her didn’t find change) find another job guys! Your negative, hateful attitudes rub off on your guests.

The night shift tonight 5.8.2022 has very poor worth ethic. I arrived at the store @8:45pm. The doors locked. There’s a sign on the door that says closes @9pm. I was getting a bag of items that was stolen and I was told it would be replaced because they seen it on the camera. That was There was inconsiderate of the lady that talk to me at the door and once I told her that it’s not 9 o’clock yet she shut the door in my face. Very ,nasty, rude &unprofessional ! I will make sure I get the items and complain to the corporate.

Looked at website and said the store opened at 0900am. Arrived at the store to discover that website gives false information. Several individuals were outside and upset about the store not being open. Poor management.

The older lady working the register has to be one of the friendly sweetest people I have met! She truly went above and beyond and provided the best customer service. Please tell her she's amazing!

Very Clean & Cashier Friendly ?The didn't have any Tylenol, but that's okay. I still made a purchase, and we need more people in the world to have a friendly, kind hearted, sweet Spirit. Just like the cashier did tonight! ?
