This is the no.1 worst Domino's I have dealt with.I placed an order and finally got it 1 1/2. Hours later.That was the first time and the second time it was the same thing 1 hour and 25 minutes.On both orders I was told 20 to 30 minutes.I have never had the second order replaced.I emailed Domino's to see if I could have it replaced at a different location but never heard anything from them.I emailed them 3 weeks ago lol.Thry need to get it together.I was manager at a pizza restaurant for 8 years and never had a problem making sure the customer was always happy no matter what I had to do

Ordered 2 medium pizzas at 12:23. Received the pizzas at 1:30. This dominoes is 1.6 miles away from me. It was barely warm. The manager I spoke too was very nice.

Worst pizza ever from Domino's. I used to get Dominos alot when I was younger. They advertised a 50% off deal but I would have preferred a $5.00 Frozen pizza from Kroger over this. I never complain so that tells you how bad it was.

***Update to the update*** These people are rank. Inept workers who hang up on you when they don't know the answer to something. Never - ever - again.____________________***Update***They've reached out to me and we're concerned about my experience. Given their apparent dedication to customer service, I'll be giving them another shot.____________________I dont know what happened here but this store is garbage. Order wasnt ready when they said it was ready. They couldnt find the order. When they finally brought it out, it was completely wrong. Im not sure whats going on at this store but AVOID!

Got off work, placed my order. Got the confirmation and then the store cancelled my order. The order was placed before midnight like the website states but clearly the staff couldn't be bothered working.

I have had better from this Domino’s location, but my pizza was very disappointing....hardly no cheese, nor sauce and it wasn’t fresh or hot like it should’ve been. The quality and service has gone down hill. Do better please. $20 wasted!

* 0 starts!! * I ordered Domino's from the Towne Center location in Lexington KY today and I have to say after this experience I question my loyalty to this franchise. I placed an order online and picked it up, after returning home to my disappointment my ENTIRE ORDER was wrong. I called the "manager" and I use that term lightly because she was anything but a manager, told my to drive back to the store with my order, once I arrive she proceeded to argue with me and ended up screaming in my face infront of her other employees, one of which asked her why don't you just remake the food? Finally, she hastily remade the food and still got it wrong. I don't know why she couldn't admit she was wrong and apologize like a normal manager would have done. Clearly I wasn't trying to get over on her, I already brought her my order, uneaten. She told me I was lucky she was remaking the food to begin with and a refund was out of the question. After spending over an hour and a half of my day arguing with Elaine, I have wasted my time. What happened to the customer is always right? I hope she gets fired, this will be escalated to corporate and I have already contacted Alan the district manager. Elaine you don't belong in customer service.
