Darryl was wonderful to work with...he definitely deserves more than 5 Star's!!He's a straight forward and honest which was one of the things I noticed as soon as I started my conversation with him. The service department get will get you scheduled quickly. They will be honest and just fix what you need, without pushing unnecessary work on you. And, their prices are competitive. Thank you for taking good care of our family's cars.

Bought a vehicle. Within two weeks the check engine light came on. The vehicle has had problem after problem since. Their service department fixes nothing. Nobody including management returns phone calls. Worst dealership my husband and I have ever used.RESPONSE TO DON FRANKLIN AUTO MALL'S REPLY::Unfortunately, reaching out has proven to be a waste of time. I have reached out since September 28th. Beginning with Chris Breeze- he does not answer a phone nor return voicemails. Andy Workman seems to try to help but my car still wasn't fixed after working with him. Finally, Mark Sawyer does not return phone calls or help. Therefore, no matter who we speak to or TRY to speak to, nobody has solved the problem.
