Stood in line with 6 other people. One person checking out. Another employee stocking items up front. Is there only one person running the register?? There seemed to be people in the store. So frustrating.

Great prices. I wish the staff was more knowledgeable. One girl was new and the other one said to "Google it" if we had questions on leather or synthetic leather.

Their prices are higher than in regular stores. For example you will pay $75 for pair of vens but you can buy same pair in van's store for $50. So do your math.

I feel like all DSW’s are exactly the same. This DSW did not have what we were looking for but the store was clean and they did have a lot of other inventory. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Absolutely love my Roxy shoes!! I ordered online and picked up in the store. The employees were very helpful and made it a very simple process. Great shoes at great prices!!
