The store was fine, but for the love of God stop emailing me! I've unsubscribed multiple times and still get daily emails. Yesterday I got two from you and the day before that I got three! Total mistake signing up for your rewards program and providing my email address. Have decided to stop shopping with DXL because you are so invasive and don't respect boundaries. Leave me alone!

I do not recommend ordering from this store. The shipping and handling is crazy high and then if you return it by mail, you have to pay the shipping and handling again and a 7.50 restocking fee to return it. I paid 108.09 for two pair of pants. I’m only getting back 89.00. Not a good customer service base for sure.

This store has a very large selection of cloth of all shapes and sizes. My only complaint is it’s really hard to get out of this store during peak busy times.

DXL is a great place to purchase men's big and tall. They have a great selection of clothes, underwear, socks, etc. I can always find what I'm looking for and the staff is always so nice and helpful.

The salesman who assisted me was very helpful. I ordered a shirt online while in store. He advised me to go up a size from the shirt I tried on in the store, because I was ordering a different brand. When the shirt arrived it fit perfectly.
