I would give zero stars if i could, very unprofessional, very ghetto and a very bad look for edible arrangements, Made an order for my mom on her birthday two items were never delivered/ received, instead of apologizing to her excuse was “ we forgot it” repeatedly hanging up on her getting rude and unprofessional…will be contacting corporate in the morning overall 0/10. Very unprofessional and very disappointed in the staff.

As we all know you have to give 1 star to even do a review but believe me they do not deserve even 1. My boss texted asking if I had received a special delivery and I didn’t know what she was talking about so the next day I asked what she meant and she said I should have gotten an edible arrangement. So finally Friday night about 7:30 pm there is a knock at the office door and mind you we close at 6 good thing I’m a workaholic and was still in the office almost 2 hours after closing because it was the arraignment. It looked pitiful, all droopy and sad literally like it had set in someone's car for the 2 days between when it was supposed to be delivered and when it Finally made it. Brown spots on the pineapples and NO chocolate on any pineapples, only 2 little strawberries with chocolate and it was probably just to hide that they were rotten.But what takes the cake is after reaching out to the corporate I received an email stating they would contact me within 48 hours well 3 days later I call and am connected with the store when the woman is completely defensive off the bat and sooooo unbelievably rude I don’t know how she works with the public and asks for my name and I tell her the order is under my company name and she asks what I want and I said I would like this made right I had rotten strawberries and she just flew off the handle yelling at me! This is absolutely ridiculous when my corporate office ordered for every office and Lexington is the only ones who had issues Louisville and Indiana teams got theirs on the correct days and were satisfied. Oh and good luck with corporate office they won’t even answer the phone, they literally put you through to the rude people at the store. Only way I would ever eat anything is if it was FedEx shipped who knows what they would do inside the store to your food.

Ordered strawberries for $110. Didn’t come, zero communication, they won’t answer there phones either. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Btw they take your money too, I asked for a refund a week ago still haven’t gotten it.

I ordered a Valentine’s Day platter from this place and it was supposed to come with three Valentine’s balloons and I only received the platter. The platter didn’t look anything like the picture and my wife didn’t even like it. I paid $114 dollars to not even receive the whole order. I sent them a email and they never contacted me back about my order

Full disclosure, I placed the order at 8:00am on Valentine’s Day. I searched same-day delivery for chocolate covered strawberries. Edible Arrangements came up. Their website had an advertisement at the top stating “guaranteed same day delivery even on Valentine’s Day”. So I placed my $60 order for one small box of chocolate covered strawberries (a complete rip off but that’s a different matter). The order never showed up. Did they refund it? Sure, but the money wasn’t my concern. If it was, I wouldn’t spend $60 on 6 strawberries. I was just trying to do a little extra for my wife since I had to be at work the entire evening. They never sent a notice or anything that they weren’t going to make it and, when I started calling around 4:00pm, they never answered the phone or returned calls. I genuinely hope they go out of business.

I ordered cookies and a tray of chocky dipped fruits for Valentine's Day. My wife was happy.I would order again.The folks at this location even went a step above and delivered an arrangement the next day after I realized when I got home that they had given me part of someone else's order.

I recently had a disappointing experience with edible of lextington, primarily due to their handling of customer service and order management. An immediate and rather distressing response from the company followed my initial review, contrasting sharply with their silence on an order I placed weeks earlier.A significant concern is the lack of communication regarding my order – no emails or calls were received. Further, a review of past feedback, particularly around last Valentine's Day, reveals a pattern of similar issues, though perhaps less severe. As im reading the reviews to place a positive comment about this facility, im disgusted with yall comments! edible arrangements is absolutely amazing, and their staff is absolutely great. all you customers are some inconsiderate entitled people! YALL ARE ORDERING ON THE MOST BUSIEST DAY OF THE YEAR FOR ALL RESTAURANTS, and same days at that? i placed my order back in december, and yall are crazy for even thinking about placing it on the same day. these people are people too. they are not perfect and they are trying. instead of being with their loved one on vday, they are breaking their necks to get it done. as anyone can see there’s hardly every good comments because people only leave bad ones when something doesn’t go their way. and this is whats wrong with the world now. GIVE CREDIT WHEN ITS DUE! because when i was waiting in the lobby, all i saw was hard working people trying to satisfy everyone! great job edible

As you can see from many other reviews, this company really dropped the ball for deliveries on Valentine's Day, 2024. ZERO communication from them about order status forced me to do a chargeback on my credit card. DO NOT count on Edible Arrangements for a special gift.

I ordered a Valentines day delivery the day before, paying extra to make sure it arrived the day it was supposed to. The order was not delivered and no one picked up the phone. I called 6 times over 3 hours waiting onhold for 8 minutes until it pushed me to voice-mail each time. I was called today and I said I still want it delivered, but I shouldn't pay the extra delivery charge. They said I could either keep the delivery or they can refund and cancel the order. It was not a good experience and the customer service was abysmal.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered my wife flowers and chocolates and paid an extra $15 to have them delivered on Valentine's Day. The order was never delivered. I called the next day spoke with the store employee and he stated they were too busy to deliver my order and many others yesterday and it still had not gone out yet. I asked for a refund of the Valentine's day charge ($15), he refused and said he would just cancel the entire order and refund the full amount. I informed him that my wife still wanted the order but we shouldn't be charged the $15 valentine's day charge. He said he wouldn't and hung up. He was very unprofessional and acted like he did not care at all. Stay away from this location.

Customer service is horrible They don’t pick up the phone, and when they do they are rude. They hung up on me. Also delivery is not a good option to use if you go to this place. Not worth the money, or even the hassle of dealing with them. Still haven’t received my order.

If you all don’t do same day delivery on Valentine’s Day, maybe update your website to not accept same-day orders. My husband placed an order to surprise me at my job with a delivery. The order status just sat on “order received” all day. He called over 10x only for no one to ever answer the phone. I had to leave work early to go in person and see what was going on. They first explained that they don’t do same delivery on Vday. They then said they didn’t even have the arrangement he picked in stock (and obviously didn’t bother to tell him after he placed the order). Anyways, they cancelled and voided the charge so it is what it is. I get it’s a busy day but you gotta do better with customer service. The fact I had to go in person because yall can’t/won’t answer the phone is ridiculous. You can’t charge people for something you can’t deliver on. We will NEVER order from here again. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered $100 item online showing pick up available in 30 minutes so I opted for an hour to give time. Got a call a few minutes later saying they didnt have my order in stock, offered to upgrade me to a large tray for $80 more. Cancelled and went with another option.

Ordered something online for a work lunch , called to see when it would be delivered , the lady said she didn’t know( sometime before 700 pm), so I cancelled the order … then I found out you can door dash it…. The lady was just not helpful and they have horrible customer service . She could have told me to door dash it!!!
