Estes provided shipping for my automotive lift. They shipped quickly, and Elena (spelling?) was great to work with. She helped me set up a pickup time outside of normal pickup hours, which I believe are 11 AM to 6:00 PM. Other staff members were friendly too. I would use Estes again.

Excellent customer service and delivery. I was quite anxious about the kitchen table and chairs I ordered, and what kind of shape they would be in coming from such a distance. Estes contacted me upon their receipt of the merchandise, gave me a day and time range, and then the day of delivery I was contacted with a specific time. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service and delivery drivers. Highly recommend to businesses and individuals.

Very easy to deal with and worked with us with delivery. The only reason for a 4 star is due to not everyone being consistent with their information.

One star is being generous when it comes to this business. I've had the displeasure of having to depend on this delivery service to bring a very much needed mobility scooter to me. They have lied to me about delivering the said mobility scooter yesterday, I was promised that my mobility scooter would be delivered at 5 pm and then 6:45 pm yesterday it never arrived. I will never do business with this company again. They are, in my opinion, unreliable!

My uncle who is disabled ordered a mobility scooter. He depends on them to get around his home and outside, was told it would be delivered yesterday by 3 then by 5 then 645 and it was not delivered!!!! He has been confined to his bedroom since his other scooter broke. And after getting help to pay for a new one and finding one that fit his needs he is now getting lied to by this company!!!! Not only terrible customer service but in my opinion terrible company period!

I had the unfortunate experience of having two deliveries with this company recently.One item was delivered unannounced without scheduling a delivery date, or a courtesy call.The second item was actually scheduled but they didn't show up that day never called to say they weren't coming, tried to deliver on a day I specifically requested them not to, and then gave me attitude when I had to reschedule. Item finally arrived a week later with no notice.

Awful communication. I heard something along the lines of that there was no address on the package. There were 3 stickers with my address on it. Who the heck was not paying attention? I had to put way too much effort to figure out what was going on with my order.

Worst customer service ever.I ordered a very large vanity, Estes was the delivery company. The first one was broken, the second they left literally on the curb. It's a 72 inch vanity that is obviously quite heavy. They originally called and said they were delivering on a Wednesday, they no-show no-called. I then got an email on Friday saying it was delivered. They made NO attempt to contact me. I called to have them move it into the garage since no one was home. The person taking calls is using her personal device, I reversed looked it up. She said she'd call the driver and see if they could come back and move it. Then I never heard from them again. I called and called, I called corporate. They were rude. They made no attempt to resolve the issue. I had to have another moving company put it in the garage.

Pros: Great people to work with and pay is good.Cons: Trucks are cramped & uncomfortable & some of the "safety systems" can be downright dangerous!

Scheduled delivery 4-8p. Dumped it in my driveway at 2p blocking the driver's side of a car at home, while no one was home. The company of the item we bought said we had to inspect the box upon arrival. Box was damaged. No one to report it too. Numerous calls and emails to the local site, no replies. Terrible company, unreliable and unprofessional.

Was expecting call back about a Lowe’s delivery after Estes stated the “street wasn’t safe for delivery with 40 foot trailer” and never got called. I reach out, delivery was cancelled despite me explaining that the street is plenty wide for a truck that size (3 cars can pass side by side).
