Manager Shannon was kind, accommodating and showed me different options based on my needs. It was a stressful time moving from a different company storage unit to the unit(s) with Storage Sense that were the best fit for me. I didn’t feel pressured to make a haste decision. Shannon was transparent, honest and fun personality the entire time. I’m thankful for her and Storage Sense and would highly recommend to others.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here at storage sense. I have been a customer here since about 2022. The staff here has been incredibly friendly to me and are always helpful. Sharon has been exceptional when working with her. I’ve ran into issues with payments, whether it be from switching bank accounts, forgetting my due date, etc. Shannon has always been extremely patient and understanding, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and necessary candidness, that you should expect from great management. She does a wonderful job representing the company and working with customers. The storage unit themselves are very nice as well. Especially in comparison to outdoor units elsewhere that aren’t climate controlled. I would highly recommend storage sense to anyone needing their services.
